GS's general policy is to not give out TIVs over the phone. I've heard the blurb dozens of times while I've been in store overhearing some of the phone TIV requests.

So you might need to lug in your PS3 if you really want to know the TIV.

I didn't know that was actually their policy. I use to do so before, but staff has changed. Well I guess if I'm near one I'll ask.
