I did play Demons Souls but never got super into it. Things like humanity, hollowing and how to make an effective build are still foreign to me. I did read a few beginners guides but it's just so much info at once so it's hard to take it all in.

I just beat Deus Ex. The endings sucked and I didn't get my Pacifist or Fox achievements. Huge bummer.

The endings were almost as bad as the way the endings were managed. It would have been less retarded if they said "quit the game, go to the endings folder in the Deus Ex directory, and click on which .avi file you want to see."

I liked the game in that 8/10 sorta way, but stuff like that was impossibly stupid.

GAF consists mostly of gaylords. The only threads I really care about are the pick-ups thread and the setup threads. And those are definitely not normal.

Well I accidentally fell asleep for 6 hours, so yeah...kinda missed Gears. I'll probably get on in like 15 minutes though if you guys are still on.

I realize that way of doing endings is kind of antiquated, but I didn't think it was done all that poorly. It made sense in the context of the game.

Anyway, Deus Ex is my GOTY so far. Other than the boss fights, I loved the piss out of it.

It was, only Radiohead album I own on CD is In Rainbows (love that album, personally my favorite Radiohead album), but I actually bought this album at Best Buy today...

That whole endgame was really poorly done. If someone told me that that entire section was outsourced, I'd believe them. It seemed like they ran out of room for the rest of their story and so they threw everything in one big pot and coupled it with some deus ex machinas

I really liked the game too, but that whole ending was a huge letdown and the biggest one of this generation (mostly due to the game doing everything right beforehand).
