im not surprised by it, they either have poor/slow service or no knowledge of games...
here's what i had to deal with:
Customer service lady - how can i help you?
sweetchinmusic- i ordered the platinum edition (which comes in 2 disc and free DLC) and i got the regular edition (1 disc)
Customer service- i'll refund your money and you can reorder the item if you want
sweetchinmusic- *inner thought: WTF..., no shit you'll refund the money, what about the 8 days i just waited for the item, what about the 30% i just wasted, what about the amazon deal that got wasted bc of this*... ok, how long will the refund take
Cs- two weeks
SCM- 2 weeks?!
-few minutes later i started going off on her about false advertising
sweetchinmusic- you cant list an item that you don't have: mind you that they used platinum edition cover art along with 'platinum edition' title, they also matched amazon (just $2 dollar cheaper than amazon though at that time) and gamestop pricing point.
customer service lady- this is just a human error, i guarantee you it wont happen again
sweetchinmusic- *hold on, you want me to wait 2 weeks, get the money back. reorder the item again, wait 8 days to get the item and see whether this happens again or not*

anyways long story short, John (cheapassgames.com) helped me out. he offered more things than the lady on the phone which is sad seeing that if i wasn't posting on this site i woulda been fcked.
and also through john i also learned they never had the platinum edition.
