Taxes are killing this deal for people. Some are putting them around $400 (might as well buy from amazon). My grand total is $381.71. That's not bad. I'm going to keep an eye out for a 60gig before I bite.

Exactly. KMart runs some rather trashy stores, but there are still a legitimate business. It's not like they are going to take your money and not send the thing.
