Has Ninja Gaiden 3 went on sale yet since these coupons came out? Anybody think possibly it'll go on sale (not this sale coming out aka Sunday) the week after?

No, but it is highly possible. However! unless it drops to like 20 (after coupon, which is basically zero chance), it will drop to 20 or less sooner or later. Many gamers / reviewers hated it due to the fact that it didn't live up to the name, so it HAD to have sold poorly.

I think NG3 went on sale a the beginning of the month for $35 (counting the coupoun). Other than that, I don't think it has.

I would keep an eye on AWD for it. I picked it up for $28 (xbox 360) on the 10th.

What was SO bad about May? ACR for 10 is a solid enough deal... now April was awful. The only highlight was the Kid Icarus cards LOL

May was better than April...only thing saving May was ACR being $10 at the end of the month.

I hope June will be better than May though.

I doubt we will get anything close to March though. That was ridonkulous.

Yeah R3 for $15 would of been a good deal for me, but a bundle with all 3 games is coming later this year. Plus you need to purchase an online pass to play multiplayer mode & thats an extra $10 there.

FYI: While at the BB today the gaming manager told me that this months Gamer Mag would be delayed a week, to include E3 info. Not sure if this is true, but it would make sense.
 
I think i'm gonna pass on revelations for 10 unless it comes with all the dlc.

magazines require quite abit of prep time E3 info will be in julys issue

Even if it went right to the presses they'd still need time to write the articles, edit them, do all the graphic design, bind them and ship them. So if the writing was delayed a week we wouldn't get them until like mid-June...kinda pointless IMO. If anything just put the July issue out a little early.

I have no idea. This guy is great, and has been at my store for a long time, so I don't think he would lie intentionally. The only "proof" he had was that they supposedly had participated in a conference call a few weeks ago about the possibility of a delay. I suppose he was just assuming that happened.

Yeah. Between that, Rage, Bulletstorm and Mass Effect 2 all costing you a grand total of $25 before sales tax after coupons, that was an insane month.

I have a question.....

if I go and buy Revelations today for $20 after the coupon how hard a time will I have getting them to PM next week? I was at my local BB today and they only had a few left and I am not going to be able to go tomorrow.

Unless you're talking an adjustment, they don't stack with PM's (last I changed). If you want to try this though, just buy it for current price then PM and then try the coupon.

It's BBY, so it's super YMMV. It may not be a deal at all or you may get treated like you are holding a saw-offed shotgun and demanding the contents of the register.

If you only have 1 coupon, I think you are probably better off buying today at MSRP (sans coupon) and then going back for the PM + Coupon tomorrow, since IIRC sometimes they have a hard time with not having the coupon the 2nd time around.

so I'm guessing the best thing to do would be buy it full price today, bring it back ASAP unopened and say I want to PM/use coupon. If that's trouble say I want to return it...then buy it lol.

Was going to get AC but my store had about 40 for each system so I'll wait for tomorrow. I am interested to see how the return rebuy goes for everyone for future reference.
 
If you don't use the coupon when you first buy it, smoothly.

Without the coupon for the return/rebuy, I imagine it might be pretty hard, but my BB would probably be helpful. They always are.

Went to my local a few days ago and scoped it out. 10 for 360 on the shelf and I'm positive more in the back. I hid one in the used section behind a thick stack that'll be there Sunday.

Not a bad idea. I should have hid one in the stacks and stacks of preowned "G-Force". No one is going to touch those. :lol:

I've done it for a few items before and it's always worked for me. I usually put it in the a corner near the floor on the rack. Stack it up with a few games in front and its safe for at least a few days.

If my girlfriend had been at work [she works CS], I would have had her put it in the back for me, but I'm confident that it'll still be there, so I didn't bug.
 
My store only had 2 copies of the bundled AC1, so I pre-purchased it for this weeks sale. I also hid the other one for a friend, but I've yet to find one of my hidden games.

If they were going to delay it why wouldn't they just have extended the coupons valid days to offset for E3 & this would be one of the months where coupon overlap.
 
I finally signed up for Best Buy's gamer rewards like 3 weeks back. I went with the print magazine as reading my video game magazines, in print form, out on my deck in the early evening is...well, its definitely one of the things I look forward to each month. Anyways, I still haven't received my May magazine. Got the April issue when I signed up in store but I haven't received May yet. Probably takes 4-6 weeks to get going. Figures. I definitely would have picked up a 2nd copy of AC for the 360 for 10 bucks. With 5 nephews and 3 nieces, all of whom play games, I could have definitely given that to one of them come his holiday season. Oh well, you win some and lose some.

If you talk to the Gaming Manager, they might be able to do something for you. Might hook you up with a free issue so you can still cash in on the deal. Couldn't hurt if you were willing to try.
 
Has it been mentioned if you sign in at reward zone GC it says save $35 on goldeneye reloaded( making it $25) and save $10 on MW3(makes it $29.99) by using your card in store.

I have $40 in gift cards and $20 in RZ certs, with a $20 from MP3 on the way. News to spend it on something! Although Resistance burning skies is temping also.

Yeah, I won this month actually, I signed up around when you did and I have every game they offer a coupon on except one I don't want, so glad I didn't get the May issue
