It is so hard for me to pass up on $10 brand new PS3 games....

But I have to try not to buy this. The demo really turned me off.
 
With the exception of a brief gun turret sequence, the demo is a perfect representation of what the entire game is like. I liked the game a lot, but you may want to save your money if the demo didn't do it for you.

well i own the PS3 version and I don't think it has a forced install if that matters. also the 360 version of course has achievements. otherwise i think they're pretty much the same game

It probably should have been a little better, but it was still good.

Stranglehold is worth it as well for PS3 owners, although I played the 360 version is was pretty good if you like crazy over the top shooting games with slowmotion/bullet time.

Ordered shadowrun. I remember liking the demo.

I got Prey previously from newegg. It's an enjoyable pick up and play game.
 
I picked up Kameo for $3.49 shipped from some poor soul on eBay a couple of months back. That's another avenue to check for ultra cheap copies. As someone else said, I expected very little and it was quite a fun little game.

Yeah, I think the only thing that matters is Collector's Editions. The PS3 version has John Woo's movie Hard Boiled on the disc. I went ahead ordered this along with Dark Sector. They're both back ordered, but if I don't end up getting them, oh well.

On the fence right now with Blue Dragon. I've got my eye on an import right now and who knows what Gamefly has coming up. We'll see, I may bite on it as well.
 
The price on Stranglehold seems to halve itself every 2 months or so. Wonder if it can go to $4.99? Thanks for the updated thread, OP.
 
Didn't Midway say Stranglehold was going to be one of last year's best sellers (possibly the best)? Silly Midway.

$10 is just about what that game is worth, IMO. I bought it for $20 and was underwhelmed by the campaign overall. However, I do think it offers just enough quality for $10, but no more.

Oh wow, those Syphon Filter games were must-buys, even for full price IMO. $20 for both?!?

I already picked up Sonic, Dark Sector (actually I accidentally bought both formats!) , and of course Blue Dragon and Perfect Dark Zero at launch, and Prey on PC last year. Kameo I (surprisingly) didn't like. I say surprisingly, because I loved Starfox Adventures and their N64 stuff...but...I don't know, I just didn't like Kameo. Well worth trying for $10 though.

Most of these games are steals!
 
What the hell, grabbed Turok, Prey and Shadowrun. There have been so many good deals on 360/PS3 games this month that I'm starting to have to pick and choose which ones to buy. I've probably bought 20 games this month.
 
the ONLY good thing about face breaker was the vision cam support... wish they integrate that into all their upcoming games.. namely fight night 4
 
wish Blacksite had that price for PS3 version as well. Would've bought it instantly. I know a lot of people hate on it but I enjoyed the demo quite a lot even with all the glitches/bugs
