I played through Viking recently. Pretty solid title, especially for $8. Nothing earth-shattering, but a fun game. I'd highly recommend it at that price.

lol I just noticed the pricedrops too. Picked up DMC4 and Stranglehold. Seeing games I've already bought drop $1-$2 kinda sucks though. :whistle2:( I lost about $7 from the recent round of markdowns it looks like, that's not too bad I guess. And I saved $5 by waiting on the two games I just bought which I was very tempted to buy previously, so that's obviously a bonus. :)

Servers shut down 2/1 or 2/2 depending on the release (first of next week).

Lots of people playing the games "going away" all of a sudden if you're looking for boosting partners.

I really enjoyed Homecourt. The GAMEBREAKER mode is the fastest to boost, and given that one of the online achievements is a 10 game win streak--- you definitely need a partner.
 
Got my copy of Mirror's edge today also, was sealed. Pretty addictive game, though frustrating.

Just ordered DMC4 360 for $13. I've been wanting to order this game and this seemed like a good price point. Was also interested in NBA Street Homecourt but it looks oos at the moment.

sorry but CAG was banned at my work so i never have much time to do the updating. i do try to keep up with the "best" deals and update the title. also newegg changes prices, and activates/deactivates games really frequently so it's impossible to keep a list current for very long.
 
Maybe someone can start a new thread who has time to update, you can really miss out on a good game because there are so many people who post in this thread it would get lost.

Anybody try that "Lost" game? I'm wondering if it would make a good girlfriend game. I'm worried the controls would be too difficult for her though. Is movement two sticks?

I enjoyed the game, but I'm a huge Lost fanboy so my perspective is obviously skewed. I didn't have a problem with the controls. The only thing that might be a problem is the "smoke monster" sequence and the part where you carry the dynamite, both of which are difficult and frustrating.
 
I enjoyed it fairly much, though even as a huge fan of the show I don't think it's necessary. On the other hand, it's also not embarrassing as a fan of the show, which is an accomplishment right there. (I have like one achievement for it on my Xbox profile, but actually played through it on my Playstation.)
 
i noticed some people commenting on updating the thread.. but i just wanted to point out that you can always go to the newegg website and sort the games by lowest price and get the latest update. Newegg seems to shift prices around frequently, although there has been a lot of mainstays at these low prices over time (like strangehold, dark sector, crackdown, etc.).

Probably takes even less effort then sorting through the thread or wondering if the list is updated... altho this thread has been great for getting some feedback on potential purchases
 
Ordered Mirror's Edge last week, and received 2 copies...only got charged for one too. I just placed an order for Viking...always wanted to play that game.

the only the i remember buying from newegg was sf4 collectors edition about 2 months back.
