I want to file a claim with BBB about Paypal

but i need their

adress, email address, and phone number

i tried looking on paypal for this info but there is none

Before you waste your time with the BBB. I filed a complaint with the BBB and paypals response was a one page letter telling me to go myself. I wouldn't get your hopes up.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and paypal agreed to refund me the $130 in 24 hours out of their own pocket.
