Do Ratchet and Clank games usually go down in price fast? Playing the PS4 remaster on my PS5 and really liking it and want to know how long Rift Apart is going to be $70.

 
A lot of PS5 games have been holding their values like Nintendo games so far, so who knows if/when it will drop.

If you can go the Gamefly route, it's $35 to keep there.

 
Gamefly is good, especially now with Blu ray discs being so much more scratch resistant than DVD. Games always come complete with brand new box and any inserts and unused codes, if applicable.
 
Anybody have a usb hub for their ps5 that they recommend? I can’t believe the console has so few. I’ve got my psvr, aim, move controllers, DS4s, dualsense, and headset dongle. The controllers can be rotated out to be charged, but the psvr, the headset dongle, and any future hard drive I might get are all kind of important

​I use this. It has my PSVR, PS4 Camera, and Steelseries Arctis 7P Black Headset dongle attached to it. The front of my PS5 has a USB-C cable attached for quick-charging the controller if it runs out of charge while I'm playing a game, and either my external USB hard drive or a keyboard attached to the USB port (keyboard by default, hard drive when I need to transfer since I only play things off of the internal drive.)

Decent Indie games sale on PSN.

I picked up Hoa, Tails of Iron, Toem and Outer Wilds Archaeologist Edition from my wishlist.

Now I just need a sale on Chicory.

 
That indie sale is massive and I don't feel like going through it right now. If anyone has questions for certain games I've played plenty of the ones I've checked out so far.

I swear Odyssey keeps going on sale for 14.99 on Xbox but over on ps4 only the various bundles are going on sale. I just wanna switch from disc to digital damn it!
 
R&C Rift Apart is really cool. I am about an hour in or so. Really great use of the Dualsense. Do any PS4 remasters or upgrades to PS5 make use of the DS? I think that Last of US 2 does. Do you know of more? I really hope a lot of PS5 games take advantage of it. I played the PS4 version of control Ultimate on my PS5 and didn't notice anything.

I just finished Rift Apart earlier this week. Be careful when you pick up the Starshield Boots on Ardolis. There is a glitch where if you die before making it to the next checkpoint, your inventory will think you never picked them up, but the location where you got them will think you did. So you lose the boots and can't go back and re-get them (not even in a Challenge Mode game.) If this happens to you, you can reload a previous auto-save from before you picked them up and re-get them and try again, but I was too far past then when I realized I glitched and now they are unobtainable for me.

Any idea on pricing for games yet? Looking to nab R&C and Miles Morales Ultimate since my 2022 gaming wise will be stacked past March so want to play these now. Don't mind buying digital.

I just finished Rift Apart earlier this week. Be careful when you pick up the Starshield Boots on Ardolis. There is a glitch where if you die before making it to the next checkpoint, your inventory will think you never picked them up, but the location where you got them will think you did. So you lose the boots and can't go back and re-get them (not even in a Challenge Mode game.) If this happens to you, you can reload a previous auto-save from before you picked them up and re-get them and try again, but I was too far past then when I realized I glitched and now they are unobtainable for me.

Thanks. I researched this and apparently, it's still not fixed. I ran into a glitch where I was stuck on the bug you race with and I had to quit the game and restart but that's not nearly as bad as the one had. I will make sure I don't die or reload my save right away if I do.

Can anyone explain to me why when checking the PS store FFVII: Intergrade isn't available for purchase despite me owning a physical disc copy of the base game for PS4? Granted, I don't think I've upgraded to the PS5 edition by just sticking my disc in the system so maybe that's the issue? Otherwise if they think I'm going to rebuy the game just for the DLC, they can fuck right off lol.

Same for me. The way you have to buy the upgrade to get the DLC is fucking dumb.

 
You have to download the PS5 version before you can buy Intergrade. If you have the PS4 disc it's called "FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE upgrade for PS4 version owners" and it's free.

You have to buy the upgrade to Integrade before you can buy the Deluxe Edition content and that cactus thing. Not sure why Square just didn't do a Digital Deluxe upgrade bundle type thing for those who already bought the game digitally before.

To add, if you already own the game, you can't buy the Digital Deluxe Integrade Edition. So if the standalone DLC isn't on sale, those who were early adopters get fucked.

I'm not seeing the issue...  I popped my PS4 FF7 Remake launch disc in my PS5, downloaded the free PS5 upgrade and then the Intergrade add-on showed up in the Add-Ons section to the PS5 game hub.

Yeah, I think Jodou just hadn't downloaded the PS5 upgrade yet. Before you do that, you can't get the DLC.

It actually makes a weird kind of sense since the DLC doesn't work with the PS4 version, and this ensures you can actually play it before you buy it.

 
I picked up a PS5 from the Sony email queue sale deal.  So now I'm basically trying to figure out what, if any, games I want to get.  Man, that PS4-PS5 upgrade crap is way too complicated.  Gotta admit MS has them beat there.

I'm not even sure what I have collected via PS+, besides Bugsnax.  Are they still doing that PlayStation collection thing if you get a PS5?

I was thinking I might get Ratchet but it seems like the BF pricing is going to be $40-ish (edit: actually 50-ish which is way too much).  That just seems like too much when I've just been playing Game Pass stuff all year.  I also might get Sack Boy at $30.  Demon's Souls?  Maybe FF VII since I've never played it?  I probably should just sit tight and play digital stuff for a bit, but BF sales always tempt me, even if the games just sit there unopened years later ;).
