It's not about wanting what you paid for, it's about the degree that you took it to. I think you called it the most important purchase you've ever made from them? Furthermore, it's not like you're not getting it, you just have to wait a few more days AND they gave you $20 but you're still whining about it.
Being the most expensive thing I've pre-ordered from them makes it the most important thing I've ordered from them, especially since I wasn't going the retail route that I probably should've gone and will do so from now on. I needed it tomorrow because I wanted to get started on the work I planned to do and thought I had done everything needed to ensure its arrival on launch, but they say that I fucked up.

I paid to get it tomorrow, not Tuesday, and that change didn't happen until the very last moment when I had no other option but to take the compensation that they offered because there's not going to be a way for me to get an alternate PS4 any sooner than this.

The stream on the Live App viewer on the PS3 is at least 3 minutes behind the Spike live show.  Just a heads up if you don't want to get any spoilers in this or the other thread a couple minutes before you get to see them yourself.

omg Amy 2 for ps4 :headache:

I watch my fan interviews for the hot chick holding the microphone.
I just watch them for the battle system.

Ok, that joke's wearing thin, if I had an Amy for every time it's been done, it would pay off my PS4.

So, I need a third for Target tomorrow, getting Injustice and NfS Rivals (I guess, why not). Not a shooter fan and I know AC IV will drop to $20 in a month, do I pick up Knack or Lego Marvel? I never was able to get into the Lego games, but I feel like I should give it one more shot.

I would go with Knack since its a new game/series. And like you said about AC4, the same can be said about lego games. Lego Marvel will be $20 in no time.

Knack is getting pretty terrible reviews. Maybe NBA2K14?

True, Lego games tank in price quick.  I'm not too worried about Knack someday being a + title, I'll have gotten a years worth of play out of it by then.

Who am I kidding, I'm still going through a PS2 backlog, I won't get to Knack until the PS5 launches.  If only I had the willpower to dump games I know I won't get to.

@Jay, not really a sports nut either, I generally stick with platformers.  I've been hearing the same about Knack as well though.  I may just go ahead and get three then return one at Target, keeping Injustice and NfS for $80.

Man I know I should be spending, but a friend was telling me that Beyond Good and Evil was really good. Just got GTA5 and can't put the online down, so buying any games right now (Ni No Kuni must be mine!!!) will mean the backlog just getting bigger :\

Anyone else curious about the new PS Home?
Sony should replace humans with Sackpeople [from LittleBigPlanet] and rebrand Home as a free-to-play LittleBigPlanet on PS4 while keeping the 3D social mall aspect of Home's "hub world" (all in LBP's "stitched" art-style).

MMFQGcy.jpg

Just pay for costumes (Sackboy/girl costumes are always great).

On a somewhat related note, I hate what they've done with LBP, changing it from a platformer to mini game central.  Now the majority of the shit online are terrible versions of mobile games.

I hope I'm not asking a really dumb question, but wasn't Kingdoms of Amalur supposed to have been free for ps+ in October, i looked but i can't even see it in the first post of free games and it's not free in the store.

Hooked my PS4 up, started downloading games to play, and the first thing I do is sit and watch the Star Trek episode "City on the Edge of Forever" on Amazon Prime, lol.  Went in on Resogun for the next hour, man that's an addictive game!

If you're using Music Unlimited, try playing The Killers: Direct Hits when you play Resogun.

I got a trial membership with GF and rented a vanilla copy of Dragon's Dogma and it arrived in the mail yesterday. I just now created a single save file (auto save) from the very beginning of the game, will that be sufficient to get the bonuses in Dark Arisen? I am trying to finish some other games before I can really get into DA, but am I safe to assume it will work?

Is basing all future monetary discussions around the price of Amy a good idea?  What happens if PS+ gives it up for free?  Our entire psuedo-economy will be fucked and come crashing down like a house of cards.

We'll just have to replace it with the Hydrophobia if that horror ever becomes reality.

I haven't been in this thread since Tuesday and you guys took it to a whole new level of crazy town. :whee:

Guys I need some help. I'm looking for a PS3 controller to fit the hands of someone the age of 3. Any suggestions?
With the right game and the desire to play it, it doesn't matter the size of the kids hands...my daughter is tiny (she just turned 4 and only weighs like 40 lbs) and plays Little Big Planet all the day long...

I shutter at the thought. There would be a run on the banks = PSN wallet funds suddenly read zero the world over (replaced by tiny gifs of Amy and Lana hugging), and you thought you were playing it safe by choosing Paypal... Hahaha, guess again... People would be in a full panic, desperate to shore up their dwindling reserves of Amy. PS+ would then reverse course and feverishly start printing voucher codes for purchase towards Amy in order to save the currency from complete collapse. Sony would try to quell the angry mobs with a measly penance in the form of Sony Reward points (something like 25 points for every 15 Amy spent).

That's why I'm playing it safe and investing it all in Xbox Gold.

He has trouble reaching the square and triangle buttons. I was thinking a smaller controller would help.

I've seen the rock candy controllers and they are small. I also like that the left analog stick is swapped with the d-pad. Only problem with those is I'd rather have a wireless one so he doesn't get excited and snatch the PS3 off into the floor.

Wait wait wait wait wait. Big announcement in here. You can use PayPal to fund your wallet! Why has no one mentioned this yet?!?!?!?!?111one

Not only that, but you can have them tack your purchases onto your cell phone bill each month.

Now you're just talking crazy talk.

I just "purchased" my first PS4 free Plus games via the web store. I can't wait to play them in 3-4 years when I get a hold of a PS4.
