Man, Mega Man 9 is HARD. I forgot how hard games used to be. My reflexes aren't what they used to be.

Maintenance doesn't really have any direct results that you'd see right after. It's usually for the servers and all that behind-the-scenes stuff. If you expected anything else, you're going to be disappointed regardless.

Now if it would work in reverse. I would never need a debit/credit card, but I doubt that will ever happen. Using cash to buy a PSN card to refill my Paypal account.

i got skyrim for $25 blackfriday + 22.50 for dlc, so 47.50 is about ok for me to keep it rather than get goty edition. altho if they add another dlc my whole scheme falls apart. this also is blamed on my backlog! i havnt even played skyrim yet...

Before the maintenance I remember counting 12-15 seconds for it to load, but now it loads in 3-4 seconds. However, navigating once you're in the store is laggy still.

The store did receive an update very recently so it should be faster than before. I'm still getting some lags but overall it is zippier that before.

As per the translator, it will not be going on sale any time soon because they can't afford to discount it. If you're a fan of Japanese horror just grab it, it's well worth the $20.

You realize all game data must be sent to Sony's cloud service, right? PS3 and Vita owners do not have a choice in where they can upload their data.

I fully intend to buy the Asura's Wrath DLC when I get to that point in the game, sale or not. It's not really that hard even on hard difficulty, so I think it should be a straightforward platinum. But a sale would make me happier.

Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch (Also on PSN) — Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch is an epic tale of a young boy, Oliver, who embarks on a journey to become a master magician and bring back his dead mother from the parallel world of Ni no Kuni. Along the way he encounters some extraordinary characters, many of whom become helpful allies. That game has been out for 5.5 years, I'm surprised to see it hit the store at all. Good game but it was quite a challenge for me, I never finished it. No trophies either for anyone that cares.
