Did anyone getting an e-mail saying that funds were transferred? I just got one but the transaction date was in early December, weird.
I got a few of these dating 12/3-12/5 or so, but no new transactions on my bank account. Very concerning the history with PSN and this sort of thing.
Finally. All that maintenance though...did anything else change?
Doesn't seem like it. I was hoping for a way to better search the "View Downloads" section. Unfortunately, it looks like that isn't going to happen.
Skyrim DLCs will be 50% off next month? What's the price gonna be after the dc?
Going from the Xbox prices, they'll be:
$10, $10 & $2.50

The store seemed faster to me. Did they do that?

Man, Mega Man 9 is HARD. I forgot how hard games used to be. My reflexes aren't what they used to be.
Finally. All that maintenance though...did anything else change?
Maintenance doesn't really have any direct results that you'd see right after. It's usually for the servers and all that behind-the-scenes stuff. If you expected anything else, you're going to be disappointed regardless.
I still can't access it. Is anyone else still having this problem?
Have you tried turning off/on your system to see if that works?

Thanks! Looks like no DLC for me , I'll wait for the goty instead.
darksiders is one of the best free games so far
Yeah, it is pretty fun. Gotta admit, though, after about an hour with it I still have no fucking clue what's going on.

There are some new free TV episodes since the last time I looked (TV Shows > Discounts & Extras > Free TV Episodes) :

Bad Girls Club - Season 10, Episode 1 - Bad Girls Club: Making It to the Mansion
Continuum - Season 1, Episode 1 - A Stitch in Time
Do No Harm - Season 1, Episode 1 - Pilot
Hot It's Made - Season Volume 13, Episode 9 - 1000th Product
Incredible Crew - Season 1, Episode 1 - Lunch Boxing
Out There - Season 1, Episode 1 - A Chris By Any Other Name
Suits - Season 2, Episode 101 - Suits Recruits
Vanderpump Rules - Season 1, Episode 1 - Welcome To SUR

That's actually kind of the point. War is just really confused, and everyone keeps yelling at him and blaming him for stuff he didn't do and thus he is angry.

US PSN accounts can now use Paypal to add money to their wallets.
Now if it would work in reverse. I would never need a debit/credit card, but I doubt that will ever happen. Using cash to buy a PSN card to refill my Paypal account.

Cool, thanks! Anyone recommend any of these I should watch first?

i got skyrim for $25 blackfriday + 22.50 for dlc, so 47.50 is about ok for me to keep it rather than get goty edition. altho if they add another dlc my whole scheme falls apart. this also is blamed on my backlog! i havnt even played skyrim yet...

Before the maintenance I remember counting 12-15 seconds for it to load, but now it loads in 3-4 seconds. However, navigating once you're in the store is laggy still.

The store did receive an update very recently so it should be faster than before. I'm still getting some lags but overall it is zippier that before.
Does anyone know or think corpse party will be going on sale anytime soon?
The new one? Not anytime soon.
Most likely it will be on sale during the Halloween week, just like it was on sale for the first Corpse Party game.

Actually I meant the first one I missed the first sale for some reason.

me? no, i thought it would be a legitimate discussion for us ps+ users also interested in cloud storage/computing. not to mention a bunch of us are vita owners now. I decided against starting a thread on the video game deals forum for obvious reasons but thought I 'd mention it here.

What does it have to do with PSN or video game deals? I can't even find a loose connection.

It has almost nothing to do with this thread.

You realize all game data must be sent to Sony's cloud service, right? PS3 and Vita owners do not have a choice in where they can upload their data.

So can we transfer small amounts of money (like a quarter) from PayPal to PSN?

Because before we had to use at least $5 if you wanted to buy an item that was less than that.

I really hope it is on sale too or bundled price.

Also does anyone know if Darksiders expires this next update? My PS+ expired and I don't want to buy another card if I don't have too (if there isn't anything I want on the sale).

Free Add-On – NCAA Football 13: Recent Winners Pack
Discount – Eufloria
PS Vita Instant Game Collection – Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions

just go watch those last asura's wrath episodes on youtube.
if you really want to recreate the experience, watch it while holding a dualshock 3 and mash all the buttons ;)
intelligent qube
That would be cool. I never got to play that game. Still wish Raiden Project was available on the PSN.

I fully intend to buy the Asura's Wrath DLC when I get to that point in the game, sale or not. It's not really that hard even on hard difficulty, so I think it should be a straightforward platinum. But a sale would make me happier. :)

The Drop for this week:
PS3

Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch
(Also on PSN) — Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch is an epic tale of a young boy, Oliver, who embarks on a journey to become a master magician and bring back his dead mother from the parallel world of Ni no Kuni. Along the way he encounters some extraordinary characters, many of whom become helpful allies. They guide Oliver as he explores the vast world and learns the magical skills that will make him strong enough to face his most deadly foes, and ultimately survive an encounter with the White Witch herself.

The world of Ni no Kuni actually runs parallel to the real world. Players will be able to travel between the two. Characters who appear in one world appear in the other as well, but with different roles in this unique RPG experience.

PSN

The Cave
– The Cave is an adventure from Ron Gilbert, and Double Fine Productions. Assemble your team of 3 from 7 unlikely adventurers, each with his own unique personalities and stories. Then descend into the mysterious depths to explore a variety of locations including a subterranean amusement park and a medieval castle, not to mention a fully armed and ready-to-launch nuclear tipped ICBM. The Cave awaits.

Ninja Gaiden: Sigma – As Ryu Hayabusa you are out to seek revenge after your clan is massacred by the Vigor Empire. Realistic battle actions and acrobatic ninja moves are at your finger-tips. You play with only your wits, your ninja skills, and your deadly sword. Slice down opponents in the Vigor Empire as you attempt to beat the Holy Emperor and reclaim the magic sword “Ryuken”.

Pro Evolution Soccer (PSP) – Central to its total freedom of play, the game introduces a power bar for each player that allows the user to determine the exact strength and placement of every pass and shot. Balls can now be spread absolutely anywhere with surgical precision, with long balls into space, short passes to feet, and intricate one-twos allowing the player to dictate play and control the tempo of a match.

Dust 514 (PS3 Beta) – DUST 514 brings intense infantry combat, large-scale warfare, and deep character advancement to a free-to-play massively multiplayer shooter, exclusively on the PlayStation 3. Wage war in the next generation of first-person shooters, where a single victory could prove the crushing blow to a galactic empire of thousands of online EVE Online gamers.

Escapevektor (PS Vita) – EscapeVektor is a retro styled arcade game in which the player controls Vektor, an entity trapped in the player’s system. The player has to help Vektor escape the Vita’s CPU which has been holding him captive. In making his escape, Vektor must avoid enemies sent out by the CPU.

Just Dance 4 – Just Dance 4 is the perfect catalyst for the best parties, no matter what the occasion, thanks to innovative modes like the all-new Battle mode, an upgraded Just Sweat mode, and even more fun, alternative dances. Everything you know and love about Just Dance gets even better with Just Dance 4—hot new tracks, fun irreverent dances, and more.

– Nippon Ichi’s followup to the original Disgaea features a story focusing on Adell, who fights to save his family, and Rozalin, the daughter of Zenon. The game includes new battle systems and promises over 100 hours of gameplay.
Hmmm ninja gaiden sigma the free ps+ game?
That game has been out for 5.5 years, I'm surprised to see it hit the store at all. Good game but it was quite a challenge for me, I never finished it. No trophies either for anyone that cares.
