For the past 2 hours I'm playing bloodborne doing PVP at Nightmare of Mensis and it's a mixed bag so far.I win some and lose some but mainly win and if I lose its because I'm getting gang banged by 2 hunters.

We'll complain it's not a 99 cent sale, that we have those games already, the discount isn't big enough, the games were already PS+ free offerings, this specific game wasn't included, we had these sales previously but at lower prices, the EU store got a better deal, there were too many indies, there weren't enough indies, there were no AAA titles listed, there were only AAA titles with small discounts, there were no Vita games included, we can only put ten items in our cart, we can only spend a max of 150 dollars, B&M stores had it for cheaper....

They don't really add anything to the game imo. In fact I found persona fusion so much fun in P5 (and this is coming from someone who hated fusion in P3 and P4) that getting dlc personas probably would have ruined a bit of the fun since most of them are a tad stronger than your normal personas.

I really think War of the Chosen should have been standalone for 40 bucks. I got it for myself and brother and law. Haven't confirmed but it appears Amazon is matching a lot of PS Store sale prices for those who want to gift games.

 
Starting up Assassin's Creed Origins yesterday ended up with me playing more Horizon Zero Dawn since it reminded me that I should go back to that and have been enjoying it a ton since then since I'm trying to mainline it without worrying about side stuff as much as I did originally.

HZD was so gooood! I got the Platinum and only need 5 more trophies from TFW but I think I'll never get them since NG+ makes the hunting and Ikrie missions damn near impossible. I'm dipping a toe in ACO today and hopefully it doesn't take me from NIOH lol.

I agree with this the Persona 5 DLC doesn't add much at all; the Persona fusion mechanics and monster hunting is fun so loading up with DLC Personas would feel like cheating yourself out of the game (plus you only get a limited number of Persona slots, I'm not sure how the DLC works but if those cram up your inventory then that's a letdown especially since there are some quests that require Persona grinding/hunting). Extra costumes are occasionally fun but just cosmetic.

Can anyone who has done the Sony Rewards TrialBlazer thing for a PSN discount answer a few questions for me? What counts as completing a trial exactly? Do I have to stay a member of each trial service until they bill me at the end of the trial, or can I cancel before the trial ends and still have it count? Thanks.

You can cancel before the trial ends and it will still count. Good luck actually getting the coupon though. I contacted Sony Rewards for a second time today hoping to get the coupon before the Black Friday sale ends.

Gamefly [used] for $14.99. Don't know if it's still in stock, but they tend to have stock refreshes if you pay attention. Also got Prey (13), Mafia 3 (10), Victor Vran (13) and Sudden Strike 4 (15) from them.

EDIT - just checked for you. The Surge is in stock as of this post.

oh, whoops... I meant GOTY edition. It's 30 on amazon, 35 at best buy.

Trying to decide if I should bite at 30 or hope it goes lower [i'm in no rush] before it goes out of stock everywhere [at some point].
