Except the characters, the combat, the story... go back a few pages, see my last post on the subject. Can't stand the game, was so very disappointed with it. Probably a 5-6 in my book, at best. Couldn't wait to get done with it. Bunch of bad people doing bad things to each other. They all needed to die in a fire.

So glad to know I have no business playing all the other video games I happen to love and adore. Man, I've wasted so many years of my life enjoying something I had no business doing. Glad you let me know, so I can go watch some paint dry instead.

its set in a zombie apocalypse...its all about survival....and how in the hell could you hate the story when the story is beautiful....its a guy who has basically nothing in life except for survival growing to love and care about someone so greatly that he would give up the possible cureing of humanity to do so. I really dont get how you could possibly bash the story. What did u want all the characters to love each other and not fight for their survival? I mean whatever your entitled to your opinion but you are in the smallest of minorities on this one its not funny. Btw can we get over the whole combat is reptitive argument people like to throw out about why a game is bad, because fact is combat gets reptitve in every single game after a while because there are only so many new wrinkles you can introduce especially in a game that lasts for more then like 5 hrs.

Thank you for allowing me to be entitled to my own opinion. I appreciate it.

I know I'm in the minority on this one, but my point in posting was that there are people who genuinely don't like TLOU. I was so very excited for the game - I love the Uncharted Series, and by the time I played it, I had heard so many good reviews of the game. But I couldn't stand it. I eventually stopped playing part of the way through, and had to FORCE myself to go back and finish it, just to see if it got any better by the end. Nope. The only feeling I felt when the game was over was relief at the fact that I could go on to play something else I might actually enjoy.

So while you may think it's one of the greatest games ever made, that doesn't mean that everyone else automatically agrees. Most people do, yes, but don't tell me I shouldn't be playing or liking video games because I happen to dislike the game.

Stubbs the zombie is the best zombie game of all time. Lollipop chainsaw is a close second. Forget all the others.


Also yes those are actually my favorite zombie games of all time.

For the record I think the last of us is a well made game and is high quality.

I just think it's overrated. I got bored with it and the story never gripped me because it was just too familiar.
