I've gotten pretty far in the game, but yea it's always in my nature to fight for as long as I can.

I thought fatigue happened just by them being in the dungeon.. when you say re-releases do you mean the PSP version, or the PS3 which I thought was just a 1 for 1 port of 3 + FES.
fes they gave it a slight decrease while p3p its almost removed entirely as you practically have to go out of your way to get tired/sick. I actually did so on purpose and save scummed being sick in p3p since you can abuse that to take questionable medicine from your occult teacher/male nurse that boosts your courage stat.

Post deals not your blogs please.
post deals not your blog.
You do realize that your complaining is adding nothing either right? /postdealsstopwhiningaboutpeoplenotpostingdeals

Now if you excuse me I am off to go pkk pk'ers because logic!

Bards gold start out well and is pretty tough with some fun secrets to find. Eventually you figure out what youre doing and the game gets too easy, with the later level not adding nearly enough variety or increased challenge.

Still, its fun for 2-3 hours and probably worth $3
Thanks. It's unfortunate, but I tend to get more play time out of indie games than full releases these days, so I will probably buy it.

Why would you imagine that would mean it will come to PS+? There has been more cases of Games with Gold games not coming to PS+ then one's that have.
I imagined if a company was willing to do games with gold on one system, then they would be willing to do it on the other as well.

This thread is sadly lacking in darkest dungeon praise & hype.

The game is awesome.

Edit: and its on sale for ps+ members for another week or so.
I am loving Darkest Dungeon. I had a few crashes on release, went to twitter and saw they were already actively fixing it, patch out on friday and I havn't stopped playing. Only just for a few rainbow 6 siege rounds (german flag/pretzel charms weekend) and smite (getting close to 70 mastered gods, double everything helps). Such a great great game and so lucky we got it on ps4. I am trying to take my time so I don't just burn through it like I did Rogue Legacy, but damn it is just perfection. That announcer is just oh my god

he said something i wanted to quote on facebook when i killed a huge monster, something like 'size alone is not representative of power, unless excessive sanquination is a merit' or something. oh god that announcer is just sooooooo good. also the afflictions/virtues, just everything in this game is like quality stacked on more quality. i was trying to die to a maggot but no such luck, and i still can't find Wilbur :)

Already have the ps4 and ps3 + games, but glad to see my trophies become more rare in both games :)

also transformers and evil within both have easy plats, woot

also noticed i have actual sunlight already too, hope i didn't pay too much for that

Transformers Devastation and Evil Within both have very difficult plats that I have acquired. I gave up on RE HD, but that is a difficult plat also.

I have Evil Within for ps4, just havnt had time to play it lately, but I don't look forward to the no hit akuma run. Who am I kidding, I will love it

i want to play darkest dungeon now, but i have an unspoken rule of playing it only when it is dark out :)

and with candles and incense lit

It's still an opinion
The concept that all opinions are 'just opinions' and therefore have some level of merit is plague upon our society. Yes, everyone is 'entitled' to their opinion, but that doesn't mean every opinion is created equal. Some opinions are garbage, or idiotic, or illogical, or irrational. Just because it's someone's opinion doesn't mean they're in some safe zone free from criticism.

The reason it's wonderful that everyone is entitled to their opinion is because that makes it easy to pick out the idiots, not that everyone is 'right'. This doesn't mean that everyone that disagrees with you, or me, or whoever, is an 'idiot' for simply disagreeing - there are plenty of smart people that hold differing opinions - but if their position is illogical, barren of evidence, contrarian for the sake of being contrarian, positive for the sake of being positive, gullible, or otherwise misguided, then they deserve to be called out on it.

And like I said there are far more examples of that not being the case so "imagine" whatever you want.

ITS NOT ON THE VITA!!!

Bad pic taken in a car 300 miles from home.. but where is this "accessibility" option you two have spoken of?

Calm the fuck down. It absolutely is on the Vita. I don't know why you're looking at a specific game's settings and not System Settings, which is what we've been talking about from the start.

We were taking ONLY dragon quest builders and the inability to switch the button layout FOR THAT GAME not change the entire system.

So pay attention, the game demo is ALL we were talking about. All we want to do is swap a button or two in a single game.... not change the entire system and switch it back for every other game. THAT was not the point.
Not going to change a system setting for a game that does not allow you to change the buttons, IN GAME.

You're not going to play the demo until the end of time, so you can do the swap, enjoy the demo, and change it back when you're done.

Frisky provided you with a solution to your problem. If you can't spend 5 seconds changing a setting back when you're done playing the game that's on you.

So NOW you understand that it's the DEMO we were talking about and not the vita in general.

Read the very first post.... completely.... and you will see I said I hope in the FULL game there is the option.

Problem with switching it in the system is the game does not recognize the change. Sure you can swap x/o for example. But you then have to disregard any mention of X and think O. Annoying. Better to not change it in system at all.
Changing it at system level is more of a pain that it's worth.

And changing it back the second I get done playing doesn't work either. I will play the vita while waiting for someone/call/whatever. Then shut the vita off and *gasp* may not pick up the vita again for weeks. And god forbid someone else plays my vita before I can change it back... or even think about it being changed.

Needs to be in game so the GAME recognizes the changes in dialog or it's worthless. Playing it with the controls how are now is fine once you adapt to it.

The preference is to have it different. (In game not at system level)

Think I'm going to go digital with The Last of Us after seeing it still trades for $6.97 at Walmart. Three bucks to go digital? Sure, why not.

Just stop.

After playing DQ builders for 15 seconds I am fine with O being jump since you rarely have to jump in the game
If you play for more than 15 seconds, you have to jump quite a bit more. But maybe after you play for 15 seconds next time, you can change it, play 15 seconds, change it back, then change it again, then feel salty tears sting your bleeding thumbs.

Frisky provided you with a solution to your problem. If you can't spend 5 seconds changing a setting back when you're done playing the game that's on you.
Meng, we all love some Frisky, but you gotta get off his jock or he won't be able to keep posting deals.

Though I like Frisky, I did not like his solution, so I'm very pleased to hear the full version has the option. Not that it would be a deal-breaker for me. I enjoyed the demo more than I should have, I think. Guilty pleasure game, I guess.

It's more the attack being triangle than jump being O.
And for those that didn't follow, frisky was the 2nd to offer that workaround. It was disregarded the first time for being a bad idea, just cause frisky says it the 2nd time people jump on and support him.

The workaround is more of a pain than it's worth, it doesn't matter who suggests it. (And it wasn't frisky)

Who knew that after someone freaking out at Frisky there'd be some....backlash!

YEAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!

I want those Atari classics.  But 20 bucks EACH?!?

That seems like a lot.  I don't think I need online functionality.

Eh, someone gave me $50 two years ago to spend on something I want.

I could spend it.

Yeah I thought the same thing. $20 for some really old blips and dots games? Golden age of video games? Isnt it more like the stone age of video games? What the hell are they thinking with those prices?

Wilbur is with a boss. A pig. Forgot the name. Almost not worth the trophy lol

I heard if you don't like using circle to jump you can change the controls in the Vita's system settings.
Don't be an ass! I said add the feature into the game, not give me a perfectly reasonable alternative!

Sorry, but you set this up:

"If I can't play the demo, I can't play the demo. If I'm playing the game, I'm playing the game. Simple as that. It's not about that at all. But it's easy to talk about and sum it up when you just talk about the demo; we're sitting here, and I'm supposed to be the franchise player, and we're in here talking about the demo. I mean, listen, we're talking about the demo. Not the game! Not the game! Not the game! We're talking about the demo. Not the game; not the game that I go out there and die for and play every game like it's my last, not the game, we're talking about the demo, man. I mean, how silly is that? We're talking about the demo. I know I'm supposed to be there, I know I'm supposed to lead by example, I know that. And I'm not shoving it aside like it don't mean anything. I know it's important. I do. I honestly do. But we're talking about the demo, man. What are we talking about? Demos? We're talking about the demo, man!

We're talking about the demo! We're talking about the demo... We ain't talking about the game! We're talking about the demo, man! When you come to the PS Store, and you see the game... You see the game, don't you?"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eGDBR2L5kzI

I've been talking about the demo the whole time. The thing that's just a minor issue and so I relayed a solution to help you get over the hump for now since it's such a huge deal. You shot down the previous suggestion saying that the option was only on PS4, so I pointed out that it's also on Vita. I guess doing that means I'm deserving of being shit on for trying to offer some helpful info, so I'll make sure not to do that in the future. Have fun with your demo.

http://blog.us.playstation.com/2016/10/03/playstation-vr-the-ultimate-faq/

Sony has posted a big FAQ of info about PSVR with the launch coming up next week.

Some choice answers I hadn't heard specific details on before this:

Q: Will I be able to play non-VR games and watch video content on PS VR?
PS VR has a feature called Cinematic Mode, which lets users enjoy content in 2D, including PS4 games and movies, on a giant virtual screen while wearing the VR headset. The PS Camera is required for initial setup, but not when actually using Cinematic Mode.

Q: What is PS VR Cinematic mode?
This is a mode to view the PS4 system UI and all non-VR games and applications on a virtual screen. This screen has varying sizes from Small (117 inches), Medium (163 inches) and Large (226 inches), placed virtually at 6 – 10 feet away (the size of the screen may feel different depending on the individual).

Q: Will my existing, non-VR PS4 games work with the PS VR headset?
Yes, PS4 games will work using Cinematic Mode, which is used to view the PS4 system interface and non-VR games and applications on a virtual screen. Non-VR games which use the PS Camera like the original non-VR PlayRoom and Tearaway Unfolded are not supported by PS VR Cinematic mode.

Q. Can I use the SHARE button when playing non-VR PS4 games during Cinematic mode?
Yes. All SHARE features will be available for non-VR PS4 games during Cinematic mode, as long as it is supported by the game.

Q: Will PS VR support VR entertainment apps?
In the weeks and months ahead, there will be a variety of VR experiences and media applications coming to PS VR, including those such as Hulu (in the US only), Allumette (Penrose), Invasion! (Baobab), Kismet (PsyOp), Within, LittlStar, Vrideo, and The Martian (Fox).

http://blog.us.playstation.com/2016/10/03/catching-up-with-gnog-pre-orders-and-a-new-trailer/

GNOG got a new trailer and is supposed to be available to pre-order, but the page isn't offering that just yet. This is one of the PSVR titles on the demo disc that comes with every headset.

http://blog.us.playstation.com/2016/10/03/hatsune-miku-vr-future-live-launches-october-13/

Hatsune Miku: VR Future Live is going to be a free launch title for PSVR that offers a single song for free and three stages with seven songs each to enjoy with each stage being $14.99 each. The first stage will be out at launch and the other two stages will be out at later dates. Project Diva X is getting a VR update that'll let you play the concerts you made in its concert editor in a similar fashion as the standalone thing.

Thought the same thing.
I'm hoping for controller layout options in the release. From what I played it is fun so I'll grab the PS4 disc version and wait for a vita sale.
You shot down the previous suggestion saying that the option was only on PS4,
I did not. I said maybe it's in the PS4 version(again discussing the demo) all I said *in response to another person bringing up the same issue* is that I HOPE there is controller layout options in the *release*.

you and another took it as something else. That's why I had to post the picture once I was back into internet range.
(Was in the mountains on search and rescue with no internet)

Maybe it's my fault for not assuming that the issue is with the vita itself, and to "fix" it in the vita system settings and since "Settings > Accessibility >..." was not listed in the Game.... I was totally wrong for even thinking I was discussing the game demo and not the Vita itself.
