It would be nice if they would change the bay slightly on the rumored PS4 NEO so that it can support 2.5" 15mm drives. Then you would be able to use 4TB drives. Hmm, could this be the motivation for the >2TB fix in the recent system update?

 
Looks like I'll finally be getting rayman. Would like to pickup Divinity as well but 30 still seems high. Really wish I could find it at a redbox for 8

I would have upgraded :ps4: Bound By Flame to digital if it was $2 cheaper. I could have traded it in at GS for $8 with upcoming bonus but don't want to spend that extra $2.

That would be shameful if that was the reason. But I thought if couch co-op took place on the same screen as opposed to split, the FPS wouldn't be affected.

Hmm, perhaps it took them a while because they were optimizing it. Still, they should've just delayed the release if that was the case.

yeah, i know its thrown around alot when sales are very good or are niche games, but these prices are horrible. these are release day prices with gcu and amazon prime. no plus discount is even worse, i might have bought toy soldiers for $5 or less, farming simulator for $15 on ps4, or $20 for the complete edition, but none of the other prices are even close to decent.

Personally, waiting to know that the game is actually well-received before buying it is totally worth the extra $4 or whatever.

Then again, I'm in my late 20s; the kids can't help but be impulsive.

It might but it's rendering things/doing behind the scenes calculations twice. I know there was a racing game developer a few years ago that they would have had to do 30 fps to so split screen, and that's why they didn't. Hyrule Warriors also had a noticeable dip in frame rate in co-op, and that was on two different screens lol. There are too many people who can't fathom not being at 60 fps, but I'd easily (re)take 30 for couch co-op.

I'd say yes. Love the Trials games. I paid around $15 for the game + season pass, which didn't include the Awesome Level MAX. But if you haven't played any yet, I would advise playing the demo. I don't know which levels the demo contains, but Trials games can get pretty difficult (though this one the difficulty doesn't ramp up as quickly as the earlier ones).

 
woulda picked up rayman legends on ps4 if it was 4.99 :p..doesn't seem to be many discounts anymore with ps plus...really only thing good about it is the free games which aren't even that great anymore..i may let my subscription expire as I dont play online much

I've never played trials before

I bought evolution last week and bought fusion with dlc today

holy shit are they fun, great game to turn on and play without having to dedicate a lot of time to get into action

Rented it years ago when it was released, got to the 3rd Act but.. grew bored and needed to return the game... gonna give it another go.

Alienation only gets better. I've beaten the game and keep playing-- I've got all legendaries on my main character and I am still happily hunting more lewt, replayability is through the roof.

Then I'm going to play with the other classes.

There's also a 'hardcore' mode where if you die, you die, which I want to eventually give a try.

I don't know. It's really, really good so far but maybe I bought too much into the hype with 10/10 scores from several sites.

Then again, I've only played the first hour or so. I'm sure it will only get better.

Disney's shutting down their publishing business on consoles, which includes production on Disney Infinity and its figures and everybody at Avalanche getting laid off. Not enough people bought Disney Infinity 3.0 when it was on sale last week, so they shut down the whole thing.

That's too bad. They've made some quality titles over the years including some great racers.

Hopefully we'll see more crazy discounts on figures at least. Too bad they never got to some of their really great properties though.

It'll probably be a good idea to keep an eye on Best Buy's Clearance listings, as they've been aggressive to drop prices of Skylanders and Infinity figures for a while now.

 
Oh yeah am I the only person that would play the crap out of an episodic game like strong bad's cool games for attractive people or walking dead but with Futurama as the main story element?

Sad for the Disney publishing division employees, but happy one of these figurine based franchises will be dead.  This crap has gotten way out of hand.

It's great to hear Uncharted 4 is worth it.  It sort of feels like this generation is finally starting to take off.

I would buy just the Awesome MAX DLC for $6. fuck ing thing will never go on sale. Made the same mistake with Assassin's Creed Chronicles. Bought the first one on sale. Now that there is a compilation of all three, will probably never see a sale on them individually anymore. Really really hate that.

Disney has always been a disaster when it comes to managing gaming studios. I remember being pissed off when they decided to shut down Black Rock Studios a few years ago. They blamed the studio for the poor launch numbers Split/Second had when the ones to blame were clearly Disney. They were the ones who decided to launch the game on the same day Red Dead Redemption did and just a few days before Blur and Modnation Racers.

So glad I gave the Trials games a shot

so much fun and beautiful scenery

anyone that's never played them before should definitely snag the Fusion max edition with all the dlc

awesomely fun games that remind me of the old dirt bike games I used to play in the 90s
