PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

Did someone here say they played Little Deviants years ago? I noticed PSNP has a trophy guide up for it now and that <1% Ultra Rare plat is calling my name, but the multiplayer trophies appear to be unattainable unless your PSN friend has played the game prior to 2014.
I get messages all the time to help with these trophies. They're the only ones I have for the game. Most scores people want me to beat are ridiculous since I've only unlocked a couple mini games. Good luck if your going for it.

DOOM is pretty much perfect.

-Good campaign length (10-12 hours)

-Environments are fun to explore for secrets

-Upgrade system + challenges are addictive

-Runes are surprisingly varied

-Tough-but-fair enemy encounters

-Every weapon feels great to use (especially the Shotgun and Gauss Cannon)

-Music is awesome

-Sound design is also awesome

-Monsters are badass

-Boss fights are badass

-You're a badass

-Sequel-tease ending

-Not sure why, but I got Metroid Prime vibes while playing it

Oh snap, the guy who wrote the story for Spec Ops: The Line is the lead writer for RE7: http://www.gametribute.com/6819/resident-evil-7-written-by-westerner-for-first-time-ever/
Not exactly, the writer of the script was Walt Williams, Richard Pearsey was the "narrative designer" who appears to be the person who takes those words on the page and builds the narrative sections in the game. I don't know if that means just the cutscenes or the times when you have to make choices or what. It's apparently a job title that only existed starting about 10 years ago and isn't considered important enough by IMDB to be put on the its page.

edit:

I found this story he wrote about the development of Spec Ops the Line, reading it now, many spoilers for Spec Ops The Line.

Golds get! Around $62 at Target with price match/Cartwheel/Red Card shenanigans. They better not disappoint.
It's hard not to be disappointed the way people talk them up in this thread. I literally expected them to call me by name as they softly licked my inner ear when I put them on.

Real Ghostbusters is being re-released by Sony.  Vol 1-5 come out July 5th, 6-10 Sept 5th.  11-12 episodes per disc do hopefully they end up releasing all 147 episodes and don't cut it off after 120 or whatever and then release a complete series.  Not going to include any of the Time Life extras so if you want those, have fun tracking down the firehouse set.

Is there some magic trick for the panels in Gone Home?  Seems like I've run into them glitching out a whole bunch.  Messed me up on the Speedreader trophy 3 times now.

Looked it up and the panel I was having trouble with is notoriously glitchy.

Even with that, might have been my quickest 100% ever.  Free was just the right price for this game...

Finished up Saints Row GAT Out of Hell Plat this morning.  Did all the remaining challenges yesterday and tried to get the stupid Lets Bounce trophy.

Tried the spot Gator said worked twice for him but it wasn't happening for me.  Not sure I was in the exact right spot though.

This morning tried the spot mentioned in the guide at playstationtrophies.org and after a couple attempts I found the exact spot mentioned in the guide and was able to get it on my first try there.   Pretty annoying trophy reminded me of some the requirements for a trophy in either the first or second Infamous.

Thanks Gator for plaything through this with me and helping me with the collectibles and stuff but you can delete it now if you want.

In that spot I was able to bounce/roll off cars and stay low and semi controlled.  Bounced off the same garbage truck a few times which kept me off the ground.  Not sure if they counted each time I hit the truck but the trophy did pop.

Glad you were able to get it. I tried for hours to do it like the guide showed on PS3 and it just never worked for me. That method should be easier, but I could never get it. Thanks for playing it with me. I had fun, and I think we saved each other a good bit of time doing it all in coop.

The constant crashing in Rivals as a cop is pretty frustrating. Watching the map, racers, quick turns, and constantly having trees and cars and such pop out of nowhere out of 100+mph just doesn't work out well. Dunno if I'll be finishing the cop campaign.   :wall:
