The PS+ 7-day trial came from a retail copy of Killzone: Shadow Fall. The Music Unlimited and 30 day trial came from the PS4. I would have used it myself but I already have a PS+ subscription and trail codes are invalid once you become a real member. The 48 hour code I can't remember exactly but it did come from an Xbox One product.
