Saints Row: The Third $39.99 at Amazon

I'm about 2/3 a way through the story mode and I'm curious which side mission you're referencing. Personally I found the two Guardian Angel missions annoying but at least there's only two of them. The few side missions I've played have been a blast. I can't wait to level myself up enough to be practically invincible.

I would value this game at around $30 but I'm a stickler for not paying full price for any game no matter how great it is. I've never played a Saints Row game before The Third and this game makes me want to go back and relive the series. It's a fun alternative to more serious sandbox games like GTA, Assassin's Creed, Batman, etc. My only complaint thus far is just that 90% of the missions amount to shooting a bunch of enemies in the face in order to get to your next objective, but at least it's not a ton of fetch missions or boring mini-games (ala GTA). Unlike Rockstar games, you get right to the good stuff early which is probably why the game is so short in comparison to other sandbox games. You aren't spending the first few missions running errands or going on dates or something stupid like that.

There's like six Guardian Angels. The worst one is Kenzie's Guardian Angels mission. If you have an upgrade to skip it, I would.

That one is hard, but I found the escort mission at the airport to be all but impossible....after 8 attempts, even after I cranked it down to causal, I gave up and just bought out the neighborhood instead. Four to five news vans would dog pile my car and just block me in.

That one took me about 5 tries, but it's not like the Guardian Angels, where you need to go through 20 minutes of it before Kenzie gets blown up at the end.
