Would someone be willing to trade Castlevania DOS for Advance Wars DS? The TRU I go to had several copies the last time I went I might be able to get a few to trade.

I just called my TRU re: this; they will only do price adjustments for their own ads for purchases made within the last 2 weeks. You won't be able to buy now and adjust later (which sucks for me, because I'll be on vacation in Canada. Of course, I can always drive to Buffalo....)
 
I think last time I was in TRU, they had Odama both with & without the mic. Anyone know which one is on sale?
Failing that, anyone know if the mic is actually required to play, or can buttons do the same things?
Failing THAT, anyone know where to get a cheap mic?
 
Good stuff, some better than kmart even, such as Odama (it's $12 at kmart). Only problem is that the tru near me was pretty cleared out of stuff when I was there several days ago. :(

I don't know whether or not the game requires the mic, but I have seen used Gamecube mics at Gamestop/EB Games stores for $4.99.
 
I've actually never seen a copy of Odama without the mic... though I suppose they might exist. Are you sure they weren't display copies?
 
I bought items from them early last year and was able to price adjust them the day of the sale with no problems... just a heads up on that

I was about to say the same thing. And I'm pretty sure the game requires the mic to play.
 
some decent RPGS to add to the collection but my TRU is usally a mess and half the stuff can never be found. i used to like the ticket system they used about 10 years ago. much cleaner.
 
It's too bad TRU is a completely shit store on a level never seen before and none of these games will be in store and if they are they will not ring up sale price so I'm not wasting my time.
 
going to hit up today and try to price match tuesday. If i cant i just return the games. last year i was able to get the sale games and price adjust. I was wondering where this xmas sale was (last year it was about 10 days before xmas.

BTW, if you even remotely enjoy pinball, get Metroid Prime Pinball for $10. It's fantastic.
 
I plan to atleast grab Gunstar Super Heroes. And maybe Atelier Iris 2, Steambot Chronicles, Metroid Pinball or Resident Evil 4. I'm a little bummed out about TR: Legend for the X-box being 10$ since I already picked it up for the PS2... I would have preferred to get it for the X-Box.

Also, does anyone know if DDR Extreme comes with a mat? I assume it does since it $20 and most of the games listed are $10, but a DDR without a mat is useless to me.

My Toys R Us, which is ALWAYS the TRU filled with this stuff for the deals... was EMPTY the other day. EMPTY. I can't imagine seeing most of those games. Most stores only go a copy or so of Odama, so good luck with that as well.

The REALLY good stuff is going to be nearly impossible.
 
I'm hoping I can finally get Y's. I've been waiting over a year to get both the PSP version (had to pass on a PS2 deal) and at a reasonable price. There's a copy that's just been sitting there for months, so hopefully...

It wasn't released without the mic as it can't be played without the mic.

I'm looking for Karaoke Revolution Party bundles for PS2 and Gamecube, 1 of each. Also wouldn't mind Castlevania DoS and maybe Deep Labyrinth, although my TRU may have Deep Labyrinth. I'm not looking to go buy a bunch of games for people to sell for Paypal, I just want to trade, so please only PM me if you're looking for a trade.
 
I believe the stores will be empty of anything DS related after the 25th. The frenzy around the DS Lite is crazy around this area. They cannot keep enough in stock. Some of the other games will be impossible to find just because they're older and haven't been restocked. Regardless, I'll probably go look and see what I can find. Thanks Ben.
