Not really a great deal as its MSRP technically, but if you have some Sony Rewards points (I have almost exactly 3000 pts) you can grab a 8gb memory card.
http://www.sonyrewards.com/en/browse/catalog/PlayStation/PlayStation-Vita?sku=PS22039
Maybe this means they might carry 16 and 32gb cards in the future, but I had just enough points to get this so it'll serve me for the time being.
They charge tax, so it comes out to 2,999 + tax, so around 3200 total.
If you dont have enough points you can cover the rest with money.
I'm sure a lot of people who got the Playstation card for the $50 PSN credit and 12 month PS+ have some points to spend.
Everything is MSRP so nothing really interested me until I spotted this. Finally able to use some points.
You can get a few more pts by registering some dvds/blurays http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=318326
And doing the Wheel of Fortune thing for 10pts.
There is also a Looper Promo to get a couple hundred, but my points didn't show up instantly for this.
