I emailed them about only getting 2 of 10 rebates about 4 days ago, so far no reply.  From what I read on here they seem to reply within 24hrs for others.  I think this promo hates me.

Also just occurred to me that what's marked down 20% aren't Xbox cards but Windows cards and while they work the same are unlikely to qualify.

Slightly confused here. When you guys say online purchases don't qualify, you just mean if the code delivery is digital? But if you get cards shipped to you, you qualify? Otherwise I am not sure I get why Best Buy is promoting this with their online card listing.

So is doing 10 different purchases of the $15 card the best deal, and can it be done by getting the cards online from Best Buy?

In less I'm mistaken NO online purchases work this is for In-Store only purchases. If you order online and get it shipped it still won't count.

it states on the promo rules on the actual redemption site that online purchases do not qualify

That can be interpreted in a lot of ways. I think physical cards shipped to you count. As someone said before, Newegg was listed as a retailer on the site, and as far as I know, Newegg doesn't have B&M stores.

Maybe but I'm not risking it when this has been vague and problematic since day one. Not to mention the cards they've been running specials on won't qualify for this no matter what.

Yeah, and I assume it means it as simply as it says. But then Newegg was added as a qualified seller, and they're an online retailer. And then a couple posts here seem to consider it more specifically and I also find it strange that you can order the cards from that Best Buy promo page, when none of the cards on the promo page will count since it's online.

So my guess is it might just mean physical cards, but not necessarily physical stores?

I finally got a response to my 8 missing rebates, they said they found them in their system and will figure it out soon.   This gives me some hope back, they seem to be swamped.  Who knows they could just have 5 employees frantically trying to do what they can, I hope this isn't the case.

Seems we're all having different success, which is just odd. I subbed 3 a total of 6 times before getting them all.. enough hassle for me. Hope y'all get yours OK.

Since nobody is certain about online buys from that Best Buy page, Newegg, etc., I'm going to try for Target today since they might have the deal still going and I have a Red Card.

Did anyone have luck with more than 1 $15 card on a single receipt? Got $30 in best buy rewards that I want to use.

Still haven't received the two I submitted on Wednesday. I was hoping it was just a delay for everyone, like a holiday or something, but it looks like people have received some in the last couple days. Guess I'll give it another couple days and then follow up. It doesn't seem like the clearinghouse handling this promotion is very well organized.

I have submitted my 1 purchased 3 times so far and not received a response.
Yep. I too only bought one card and just want that to go through but still nothing after couple submissions. I'm not buying any more cards as this rebate promo is luck based, just like the daily scratcher game.

I'm one of the unlucky few who also submitted Wednesday and haven't got a code from it yet. I already got one that I had submitted earlier in the promotion but after this long wait and seeing other people getting there's much quicker than those of us who submitted Wednesday I sent them a ticket into my missing gift card.

Hopefully it gets resolved because I have other receipts I need to submit as well. I hope other cags issues with this promotion also get resolved.

How do you send them a ticket showing the missing gift card....I've submitted the same one twice now and haven't heard back. I've waited a week almost both times. Would love some help.

haven't seen anyone post it in awhile but has anyone even won anything on the scratch off recently? seem to be awhile since someone last posted they did

yea I think they probably ran out then cause they only had 3,500 prizes to give away total and with how popular this deal been it very possible it what happened im thinking
Well by the rules it was supposed to pick a random time and then the first person to play after that is the winner. So it should average around 50 prizes a day. Who knows if it's actually worked out like that or they had some craptacular programming or what. Does seem weird that we had a lot of winners in the thread and then none. Someone somewhere on the internet always seems to hack these things and take most of the prizes so I really don't know what to think. Maybe the only people regularly playing are in this thread and already won since it's one per person?

Did a quick read-through of the thread but didn't see anything: anyone have any luck getting a $5 code with the purchase of an XBL Gold starter kit? I got one at Toys R Us and since it comes with a year of live and is over $15 I would think technically it's eligible. I'm gonna submit my receipt anyways but just wanted to know if anyone else had luck doing so.

Don't recall anyone mentioning that before. Worth a try at least.

Thanks for this. I emailed them and will hopefully get some sort of resolution. I only submitted one receipt....two different times, and never got a response. It's been about 3 weeks since I first started the process. UGH!
your welcome. only been 6 days or so and still no $5. Sent them a message on sunday

I submitted 4 on 4/10/14 and 1 on 4/20/14 and haven't received anything. Put in a support request 2 days ago and I am waiting for them to respond.

Both my submissions have come back within 24 hours. I just submitted a third a few minutes ago. I've been submitting mine via mobile and it works quite well. Are the people having trouble submitting via pc browser or mobile?

yeah used the pc site. So mobile how does that exactly work? I'll try that next.

I purchased and submitted mine last Wednesday, and sent in a support request on Saturday. Got a response this morning saying it didn't qualify because I didn't spend $15, since I got mine from Target during the sale. Anyone else run into this? I feel like more people would be mentioning it if they had. One person earlier even mentioned using the RedCard discount and still getting it. I sent a polite but argumentative reply, stating that I don't believe that is how the rules are meant to be interpreted, but I'm considering just resubmitting too.

^damn, dont like the sound of that all. Only did this because of the Target promo and people mentioning it worked for them. Waiting for a reply from as well. This promo is mess. :wall:

I bought 10 $15 cards at target when they were on sale for $13.50. I have submitted 5 so far and got them all. I do 1 a night and get my $5 code the next morning. The first one did take 3 days to get.
