Whoa....I both hate it and like it :D

Thought I would have liked it to see character posters slip covers as I know it would be a PITA for them to do steelbooks for all the major players....and yes I would have gotten a Rocket/Groot cover :p

Chances are, yes, it's region free. Because the normal UK Blu-rays are supposedly. But it's not guaranteed.

Also, I love the back cover. I mean, that art is genius and should be put in an art gallery.

 
I don't know what was up with this movie and why people liked it but it was sure boring to me.  This is one steelbook and movie that I am not buying.

 
It was just ok. So far these Disney live action remakes have been very mediocre. Actually this is a step up from that god awful Alice in Wonderland from a few years back, that was dreck. Maleficent was an improvement but could've been so much better. My wife and youngest enjoyed it though.

 
I really like the Leon the professional one, where could I find a list of all the steels coming out?

Holy shit. Some of these look so awesome. I've already rebought so many movies to get steels but I would definitely do it again for some of these.
 
I also want the Snatch and Taxi Driver steelbooks, on top of the already mentioned Leon and Fifth Element. The Kung Fu Hustle art is... really weird. The style and color don't fit the movie at all.

Honestly, it's a blind buy since it has a solid metacritic (for a summer film) and the 3D is likely never coming stateside. I'd likely do the same for Planes: Fire and Rescue but I don't believe a 3D steelbook exists.

 
It is going to come out the same day as the movie. November 4. And it doesn't look 3D. You can google that in the time it takes to write the post. In fact, I just went to walmart.com and typed, "Hercules Steelbook," and it was the first result.

 
I apologize if this is off topic but is anyone here doing a US group buy for Desolation of Smaug 3d steelbook from Futureshop? I'd prefer to order it rather than mix and match the NA 2d version and find a 3d disc but will if that's the only affordable option. Thanks.

Something told me to stay away from this and ninja turtles (I was gonna movie hop and see both). Of course after seeing the amazing guardians of the galaxy that same month I just couldn't watch the other two lol. I'll use red box codes to see both and judge myself I guess.

Btw I know a bunch of people that claimed that Lucy was a black widow prequel, can you believe that garbage ????? Lmao
