I'll update if I manage to find codes for other locations.

Note that each code does not represent the full seating of a theater, so even if one code is 'SOLD OUT' a new code for that same theater/showing might be released soon. That's because each code is meant to help cross-promote with a radio station, website, etc, where each outlet is given 10 to 100 seats.

I would also recommend http://www.filmmetro.com/

They're pretty good in the sense that you don't need RSVP codes, and their film selection can be slightly different. The commenters also contribute gofobo codes if they find them.

Filmmetro even provides a to-the-minute countdown of when passes will be released, so clogged traffic and constant refreshing is the only downside.

No worries. The more the merrier. I was tempted to add a bunch of Hangover codes, but I got lazy & didn't want to get caught up in checking on every and other movie, like Ghosts Of Girlfriends Past.
