The BioWare Bazaar thread of get tokens, win auctions, get stuff

Nice looking rig. Though, I'm fairly certain that the heatsink fan is pointed the wrong way. Generally, it should be expelling the air towards the back, where the fan on the back will help pull it out and cool the system better. Not sure why they'd have it attached the way that it is. That heatsink looks alot like the one I had in my old system (looks like a Zalman CNPS9700 or so), and it was supposed to be pointed differently than yours is. If you have any issues with heat, I'd say that's your issue.
 
I'm wondering if anybody on the list of people wanting the PC version of Mass Effect have heard anything or gotten their shipments yet.
Now that some people are getting their items I'm more eager than before.
Did people with smaller things like book packs get a tracking number or some other kind of message that their item(s) were sent out?

Yea i agree with this. Badass looking case for sure.


It is a shame the heatsink is pointing the wrong way. examining your pics more closely it looks as if there was no choice in the matter of where it faces, It may block the ram if it were to face the back.

Were you given any kind of warning or did it just arrive? I'm starting to get concerned that it's not going to arrive before I move next week. :(

It doesn't look like many people are getting a heads up that their stuff shipped. If you're moving, you might send them another email with an alternate address to be safe.

The last update was that most of the stuff would be shipping next week (or start shipping next week).

In regards to a tracking we will not be able to send tracking number. However I'll post in this forum when we start shipping orders. All orders should arrive within 5 business from when they are shipped. The closer you are to Colorado the quicker the delivery time.

I got my novel set a few weeks back and just forgot to post it here. Was sent by fedex, asked for signature, from Canada. No notice of it being shipped, it just showed up one day.

Most packages will be sent out starting Wednesday. The post on the forum says most people will have them on their porch by the middle of next week.
 
Got my Dragon Age Pack today! Here's some pictures :D It's AWESOME! The books are hand signed, which is awesome, and the poster seems like a giant window cling that I could peel off the white backing and stick to a window or something.

Nope, it just showed up. Fedex lady knocked on the door, asked for a signature, and was gone. Took me completely by surprise.
 
That's a pretty sweet set.

I got a hold of the BioWare people had to change my address, luckily I had just caught them and they were able to do it me. :)

Pretty sure my set has been sent now and should arrive next week or even this weekend. :)
 
For the record, I just looked at the packing, and my stuff was shipped priority on the 11th, and I received it today. FedEx Express is pretty nice, considering my stuff seems to have come from Canada.

Also good to see that it was a boxed copy of the PC game you got. I was kinda worried I'd get just codes for a digital download.
 
Hey all,

UPS left my my graphics card and t-shirt today at my front door. According to the packing slip, it was shipped 5/13/2010. Keep an eye out for your items!
 
there was a message on the Bioware boards that as they thought might happen some packs got pushed back from being able to ship and mine was in that bunch. I guess I get another week of waiting.
 
Sent an email to Bioware Tuesday night since I realized that my statue set would probably be coming while I was on vacation, so I asked if they would be shipping with signature confirmation so I could have FedEx hold it. Got an email from Jesse yesterday morning saying that they will try to push it to the front of the line and get it shipped out that day so it would be here Thursday or Friday, and sure enough it was here this morning. Don't know if it was just good timing or if they really did push it to the front of the line, but kudos to them for basically overnighting it to me. Pics coming soon, internet is slow as molasses right now, so my normally slow upload speed is even slower.

It's the author. He was the lead writer for the game, and works for BioWare.
 
My lithographs were delivered on Friday. I have been out of town, so I did not have the chance to open them until today.

As you may have noticed, the Minuteman Litho is neither numbered or autographed. I am pretty disappointed as I feel it reduces the authenticity and value of the piece. I hate to complain about winning a contest, but the item did not arrive as it was described in the auction listing. I plan on opening a case with the BioWare Store to see if there is anything that they may be able to do for me.
 
FedEx delivered this morning and when I opened it I found 360 versions of ME and ME2(which was not what I requested) and a fleece in medium(which again was not what I requested).
This sucks. I have games I would play, but I don't know if opening the games would cause issue with whatever solution they hopefully come up with for my problem.

Awesome just got a e-mail saying my Shirts will ship tonight or tomorrow.

They ran out of T-shirts so they were waiting for a restock which happened yesterday

Not sure if I received a reprint or not, but as a mentioned (and showed) on the previous page, I received a Minuteman lithograph that was neither signed or numbered. I opened a case with the BioWare Store on Sunday and just received confirmation that a new signed and numbered litho will be sent out tomorrow.

So if you do happen to receive one like I did, I recommend that you politely and professionally open a case with the BioWare Store. They will take care of you.
 
My wife just informed me that what appears to be my Bioware Shepard Statue has arrived...w00t!
Never received a shipping email. Not a big deal to me but just a note for those expecting some sort of notice after shipment.

With regards to the Lithographs we did not print extra for the Prize packs. When they were originally printed the Edmonton office held back appox 10-25 signed Lithographs for the prize pack. Lithographs received in relationship to the prize pack should be signed and numbers. We have found a few unsigned got mixed in, but if you received one contact us and we'll do our best to take care of it.

Just got my shirts in the mail. Instead of 6 shirts they sent me 8!!! So awesome.

Both red and white version dragon age shirt as well.

Received my character lithos today. Although they seemed packed well, one corner of each was severly bent. Most of it would be hidden in a frame but still annoying nonetheless.

You can probably just take a picture and email them. They got the games wrong in my pack and fixed it pretty quickly, no questions asked.
