Purchased last summer, as I really wanted the jacket. Turns out, it's a bit too long for my tiny limbs. Worn a few times, never during rain/snow/bad weather, just trying to get a feel of if it looks right or not. It's such a sweet jacket too, but I was unfortunately blessed with a tiny body. Measurements are:

26" - Cuff to Shoulder
30.5" - Collar to Bottom
20" - Chest from Pit to Pit.
