Just picked up 4 games on my lunch break for a total of $11.92 with tax :) nothing crazy nice, but still games that I was at least somewhat interested in. Thanks for the info, DVDSwapper!

When I went to pick up a few games yesterday, the guy accused me of having a wesbite that I resell these games on. I guess I can thank RFD for that :roll:

LOL one of the sales associates during one of my ventures also accused me of "flipping" them on ebay or something...i told him that i bought them to actually play them...he gave me a look like i said the craziest thing to him LOL
 
Haha, I usually get the "Is this game for your sons, it is violent." No, they are for me. Then I usually tell them specific thing I'm excited to play in the game.
 
I'm not sure what I do different, but I either get a cell phone sales pitch or blank stares from a "drowsy" sales associate.

Grabbed Pilotwings, Nintendogs and Steel Diver from the Rideau Centre yesterday.
 
Posting here rather than RFD, not listen online, but Calgary Core (eaton centre) has 1 copy of Nintendogs + Cats, despite it saying they're sold out on the website.
 
I picked up Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of the Sky, SSFIV3D, Crackdown 2, Portal 2, and Fear 3 today! Lock's Quest for the DS was $15 if anybody is interested and Monster Labs for the Wii was in the $5 section but I didnt have it price scanned. I want to get Lock's Quest but $15 was a little high for me, especially when I was getting these xbox 360 games for $5!!
 
thanks to everyone for updating all the time...most of the stores have been picked clean..but i managed to grab a few great games without hurtin my wallet...thanks to all those who constantly updated this thread :)

Metal Gear Solid is probably all out in the Greater Vancouver Area.
I went to 5 stores today...
Nothing.

Portal 2 for Xbox is $20.
Not on the internet anymore.
It's not the best deal, but it is still cheaper than everywhere else.

Sucks man. I got it, such an amazing 3DS game for only $5. You should call around to ask if it's in stock before you go hunting for it, a lot of stores don't display their 3DS games where they're really visible, at least not in my area. Make sure you have them hold it for ya!

By the way guys, my brother just picked up a copy of the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection in Mississauga! Woot!

I had Future Shop price match for Street Fighter and Darksouls. They show some in stock if you punch in your postal code and a large km radius (atleast in my area).

It's a good game, until you meet touchscreen Guile. No charge for Sonic Boom or Flash Kick. I prefer SFIV Volt on iOS. At least you still had to charge in easy mode.

I can't find my receipt but it would have been $13.46 plus tax is my math is right since they beat the price by 10% of the difference and Future Shop normally sells Dark Souls for $29.99.

They didn't do that for Street Fighter but at $4.96 I wasn't about to ask I was just happy to pick up the game for that cheap.

Funny thing is...
Even the PS3 version, at full price, is hard to find.
 
Tonight there might be changes in prices but the csr I spoke with doesn't know for sure. Prices DON'T change at midnight but at about 8am.

Any MGS Collection left in Montreal? Probably not, at this point...! It's anoying that it's the only game I can't check stock for on their website (assuming their stock tracker is accurate!).
 
Just went through most of the links(didn't bother with cases/accessories) and didn't see any updates. Prices are the same as last week. Although sometimes they do changed some later in the day as well, so make sure you check the games you want.

Even when I bought GoW Collection recently. As I was paying for the game, another associate came over and asked how many they had left. There was one more and he said he's going to buy it. :/

Yeah, that's the downside..
I almost never call, but I was desperate to get my hands on the MGS Collection, and after a bunch of calls (no one seemed to have it) I got a nice enough employee to hold me a copy.
 
If anyone can find it, I found out they dropped the Gears of War 3 Epic Edition to $35 which is crazy.

And for anyone in the Ottawa Rideau area, they have the Resistance Doomsday edition for $80 in the top source (not the one in the basement). Not sure if worth it though since it's $20 more than LBP2 bundle to get a plastic gun attachment.

Final Fantasy XIII for the 360 was $9.96 at the bank location 2-3 copies. (doesn't show on site, though if you don't believe me,
call the store)

Also thanks dvdswapper for the thread and posting about the Batman CE. I managed to get one shipped for in store pickup.
(was worried for a bit when they said it was OoS, but they actually eventually shipped it :D )

Another round of thanks to dvdswapper. Between this and the Steam sale, I have all the games I passed up because I was too broke before.
 
Got myself a third copy of Final Fantasy X|V (one for myself, two for friends) just in time for the impending Realm Reborn overhaul and a couple of free months. Regardless if the game is still stupid or not, it was worth SE's millions. :p

Word on the street is, Square Enix is trying to liquify existing FFX|V stock, so if you want Realm Reborn cheap, you need to find it fast. :p
