Welcome to the Toys R Us clearance thread! Like all stores, Toys R Us also has clearance games-- and they often drop numberous times, such as going down to 19.98, 9.98, 5.00, and even as low as 3.00. There doesn't appear to be a set rhythm to when these drops occur, or how many of them will occur. Also, be aware that the games may not have their prices correctly marked-- generally, all TRUs will have the same pricing (there will always be exceptions) so do not let the price tag dissaude you from at least checking to see if it's at the price that it's been reported here.

Games, when possible, will have their SKU number posted. Please post any SKU numbers you have that aren't already in the list!

Also, some stores will be able to give you a price adjustment if your clearance game(s) drop-- if not, you can always try to return and rebuy the game(s).

I scored ME2, Ghostbusters, and RB1 for $24.98 after a $5 coupon on Saturday.

I dunno why but I really wanted Ghostbusters and did not have Rockband 1 and though ME2 might be a nice. I couldn't really find anything else I wanted for the 360. I thought Resistance 2 would be nice but it was little bit higher than I wanted to spend plus I just don't play PS3 much.

The MSRP for ME2 dropped to $19.99 but TRU still has it labeled as a clearance game (even though it doesn't end in $xx.98 or $xx.00) so you got the 25% off of $19.99. I think MAG is the same story (it's $29.99 now).
 
A heads up on clearance. There was an unannounced markdown list today. A bunch of games going down to the $4.00 - $6.00 range. These are games with limited quantities so I wouldn't expect to see these games at all stores.

I didn't get a chance to grab a list today, but it's all stuff that have already been on clearance getting a further drop.

Of course Phantasy Star Portable dropped to under $20 after B2G1F when I was desperately trying to find a PSP game under $20 to go with my 360 copies of Tekken 6 and Wet. Had to settle for NBA 2K11 on PSP.

The 20% off is also available on DS games. I don't know what the price point is. It ends on 10/21

Grabbed both Scene It! games (each has four wireless controllers) for the XB 360 for $6 each. Sadly, my TRU didn't have any of the other games (Godfather II, Dirt 2, Dead Space, etc).

You'll definitely get your moneys worth out of BK: N&B. The vehicle creation completely makes the game.
 
Westheimer @ Hillcroft, Houston: got Godfather 2 for $6.00... had copies of that and Tomb Raider Underworld remaining. No red clearance tags in the cases and it looked like the store has missed at least one round of price changes, so the hoarders haven't hit it too bad. Can't say for sure there are great pickings at really low prices, but plenty of marked down stuff. Might be worth checking out if anyone else is in the neighborhood.
 
I swung by a second TRU in my area and picked up :ps3: Williams Pinball for $3. I own a copy on both :ps3: and :wii:, but at this price I had to get it for a friend.

Are there 2 different Ben 10s for PSP? My one TRU had a bunch of them but rang up 15.98
 
There are 4 Ben 10 games fpr PSP, Ben 10 Alien Force is $3, it was tagged $14.98 but it was with the $15.98 other Ben 10 game so I took both of them to the scanner to see which one was $3 (I couldn't remember which one it was from the earlier post). I just looked and the $15.98 game is Vilgax Attacks.

Found today:
Prinny :psp: and Phantasy Star Portable :psp: both hit $19.98 sometime recently, making them $13.99/game with the 30% off clearance.
I'd buy Prinny but it sounds too damn frustrating.
 
Ok be careful when cashing out with 30%

I bought 2 6.00 games and 2 4.00 games. Both rang 30% off.

But I also bought 2 5.00 games. Both didn't ring 30%. Had to get the receipt price adjusted.

Watch it when they ring you out to avoid the adjustment time waste
 
I went back to Toys R Us today to swap out a bad copy of Lost Odyssey that I purchased yesterday for $6. Turns out that I ended up getting an extra 30% off because of the sale for 'all clearance games ending in 0,8 extra 30% off'. I ended up getting back $1.80 making the game $4.20.
 
Doh! I was just a TRU and didn't know about the 30% off clearance. I would have picked up $24.98 Pikmin with New Play Controls for the Wii, which I just noticed today was on clearance.

The combo is a 3 pack that Capcom put out a while back that has Dead Rising, Devil May Cry 4, and Lost Planet Colonies all in the same box. I picked it up at my TRU for $13 today as part of the clearance. I had been wanting to play Dead Rising 1 again anyway so for me it was a great deal. :)

I also picked up Williams Pinball on the PS3 for $2 and some change (I left the receipt in the car :( ). I also picked up Tales of Symphonia for the Wii for just over $2 as well. i also saw House of the Dead Overkill for Wii for $3 but did not pick it up. I scanned a bunch of other titles but could not find anything else that was really a deal. I was not able to scan any Xbox games due to the plastic case that TRU uses covering part of the bar code. Maybe someone will have better luck than I did.
