This is an awesome thread! I don't know why I didn't read it before. Thanks a ton everyone who contributed. My wife loves MCF. All the games are on my account with the client no problem.

Another chime in plug for Peggle Nights. If you're going to buy games from BFG, Peggle Nights should definitely be one of them.
I'll second that. I picked that up with one of the 1/2 off coupons and have loved it.

Bumb & a direct link to the popcap free bonus christmas levels for Peggle Nights:

http://www.popcap.com/extras/peggle/bonuslevels/

5 new levels & 10 new challenges, works with any distribution version of Peggle Nights (BFG, Steam, Popcap, or retail) including the free demo version.
Thanks for the bonus levels! Hope they're compatible with the the Reflexive version.
They worked with my Shockwave version. The only problem I had was when I tried to install the extra levels right after installing Peggle Nights. Apparently, you have to have played PN at least once for the extra levels to install properly.

For those of you who enjoyed the Mystery Case Files games, I saw MCF Return to Ravenhurst at Walmart for $19.99, and the sticker on the front says it also comes with MCF Prime Suspects. Since I didn't have Prime Suspects yet, this seemed like a good deal.

That is of course unless they show up for FREE soon.......

Not free but only a buck.

Big Fish Presidents Day sale has Floating Kingdoms for $1. Use the code ONEBUCK.

I'll check the demo out before I decide.

On a Peggle note, does anyone know the differences of Peggle from Popcap and Peggle Deluxe from Big Fish? I've been playing Peggle nights a ton and have almost completed everything, even the add on levels/challenges. Popcap has Peggle on sale for $5 and if it's the same as deluxe I might pick it up.

I went ahead and picked it up after checking the demo. It's a fun little game. Definatley worth a buck.

Hmm, tried to pick up some of these, but for some reason my PC won't open the games. They are "efw" files and when I try converting them to "zip" they just won't open.

I tried downloading Stuffit to open the efw's, but Stuffit itself came as an efw file, which is sort of ironic and unhelpful.

Any tips on how to get these games to open on my non-efw-opening machine?

Muchas gracias!

Big Fish uses their own install program called Game Manager. I can't remember how I first got it but I'm guessing you should be able to get it from their site.

Aces, got that and also disabled my firewall to get the efw's recognized as exe's.

It's all the same game. I'm not sure why some places call it "deluxe" and others simply call it Peggle, but there's really only three: Peggle, Peggle Extreme (mini-version from Valve), and Peggle Nights. $5 is a great price for the download.

I'm interested to see what Dual Shot is like on the DS. It seems to be hinting that it combines both Peggles and adds a few new exclusive levels. I don't know if I want a rehash of the same 110 levels I've already played though...not for $30.

Thanks for the update on the thread. The wife loves the Myster Case games. Bought one as well with the coupon so I don't feel bad getting a ton of other free ones.

This is so completely awesome, it's blowing my mind. The FREEBUILD coupon still works, even though the note attached says it would expire 3/1/09. Interesting. I also used a 50% coupon for Floating Kingdoms so I wouldn't feel too guilty about getting all this stuff for free. Thank you so much, trabbahabba for this awesome post; you completely rock.

Just a little nit-pick: the e-mails take forever to arrive but this is a small price to pay in exchange for free games. :)

Floating Kingdoms was $1.00 for President's Day.

Thanks, grabbed all 3. My kids love the hidden object games. I use them for a few minutes before bedtime to calm them down and sit still -- it works well.

Remember you can buy now and download later if you're not on the PC where you want to play them.
