I make them.  I have 4TB of anime on my computer, so when I do these contests I just randomly browse through my shows, and watch them, then find something I like, and use that for the challenge.  I have like an entire folder of random ss from series I could use for future challenges. It'd be too easy to find ss from the interwebz since they can be found from Googling. :*(
