Far Cry 3 isnt on my list because its RU+CIS tagged, but it doesnt seem to be region-locked

On a side note, i know he said Far cry is tagged, but since the Jaurez bundle is shown with Blood Dragon, does that mean that the combo with BD and Call of Jaurez isn't?  Because if so, I'd like to get in on that action*.
