PSA for those of you who are buying Titanfall and the Season Pass

I had to fire up Titanfall and choose the store from the in game menu and manually install the 3 DLCs. They are around 2GB each. You might want to do that before committing to playing with a bunch of people.

 
Picked up titanfall deluxe with expiring credit and sold my disk for way more. What do you think about battlefield premium?

Before on the X1 they used to actually re-up a previous GwG so that you would technically get "2" free games, although we all know it was really 1. It seems now they even gave up on that charade and are just admitting they're only giving us 1 a month.

Very much worth it. It was worth it at full price for Battlefield 4 (I bought it for 3 as well). It's even better 50% off. Getting 5 packs is a great deal, considering they come with new game modes as well.

 
is the Walking Dead :xb1: Bundle for $24.99 probably the cheapest both games will be for awhile either digital or physical? i usually prefer physical but at $12.49 a season digital seem cheapest right now.

And i already own season 1 on :360: though so is the graphics better on the :xb1: version or any improvements? and does the :xb1: version includes the 400 DLC?

If I understand correctly EA Access is only the base BF4, so the Premium addon would still be useful for those with the pass ya?

On a similar note, wikipedia appears to confirm that the Killer Instinct base game is free so one just needs the Ultra Edition to get all of season 1. Correct?

I don't have a Xbox One, but I would assume so. Premium is basically a season pass, so it should be fine with the Access copy.

The $12.50 price is just for today, according to Major Nelson. After that, the price should be $18.99 until December 1st.

After looking into it, the beta started with just Gen 10s and is now rolling out to others. Eventually everybody will have it.

Not sure where you saw that. Major Nelson's blog has said "here are the second batch of Black Friday 2014 deals, which kick in tomorrow. Discounts are valid 28 November through 1 December 2014" all day.

 
Ew, sometime in the last month MS has started charging me tax on Le 'Bone digital purchases. No tax on Titanfall season pass but got charged tax on Defense Grid 2 and Rayman Legends. No idea when they haven't been doing that on the 360.

Twitter post from MN says the Deluxe deal is only one day. Don't know of which is true, but I recommend those on the fence don't delay. Could revert to regular price at any time if the tweet is true.

Titanfall bundle is still up as of right now at that price, FWIW. I have absolutely zero interest in it but the price sure is mighty tempting...

That's strange I'm not getting taxed. Is it a state thing maybe ?

I have no idea and I'm not aware of anything that's changed here. I made a purchase on the 360 literally two minutes before and no tax. A month ago I didn't get charged tax on Le 'Bone. It's all MS credit too so it's not like I'm switching payment methods or something. Time to tell MS that I live in Delaware like I've told Nintendo.

will this probably be the best current external hard drive for the Xbox one? and probably the cheapest for one this size?

cause i know there a smaller cheaper size ones but i plan on having my xbox one for years and figure it better to have more then i might need memory wise then not enough? so what anyone opinion on this specific hard drive in regards to the xbox one?

I'm in the same boat. Not sure why it started happening now, but I do know it was supposed to go into effect here a while ago. I had heard on here that if you keep credit in your account there's no tax, but that stopped working when I bought The Walking Dead bundle.

They've been charging tax for a while now mate. Not sure where you've been but I bought a lot of Rocksmith 2014 DLC this past year on 360 and got charged tax on all those purchases. Got charged tax on the Titanfall deal as well so the Xbox One is not immune to it. I guess it depends where you live. Maybe your area has just switched over to that.

lol i dont know how much im need that the problem cause i want something that i can get now and not have to worry about it anymore im trying to plan for the next couple years lol do decent hard drives usually go on sale pretty often throughout the whole year? cause i dont need one now and probably no time soon just trying to figure out if with black friday weekend if im cheaper just getting one now
