I remember a similar incident with Bulletstorm. Maybe too many people just don't like comedic video games.

Really? Argh. At this point, I might as well just buy it right now. You're right, it's a fun game.

That's another reason I want a DLC sale. It will convince me to go into my backlog and see if the DLC is worth getting or the full game is worth deleting.

 
I just logged onto my Xbox One and it began downloading "Dead Rising 3." My bank account does not show a charge nor is the title in my download history. I am the only one to have ever played on the console. What is going on?

No, it's not the demo. It's the full 26.8GB. It's downloading "Dead Rising 3" not "Dead Rising 3: Apocalypse Edition." It appears you can't even purchase the former anymore. A google search found that a user on reddit had the same thing happen but with Forza 5.

Hm, well, Forza 5 was given to people who bought a Xbox One back around February or March if I remember correctly. I got it through Gamestop so they had my email and sent me a code for the game, I had no idea I would even be getting the game so it was a nice surprise.

I always wondered what would of happened if I didn't use my Gamestop card because they wouldn't of had my email address then. Maybe Microsoft would of realized when I activated the console and just give me the game?

So it could be the start of some kind of promotion that hasn't been announced, no idea.
It better not end up being a free game since I just dropped $25 bucks on the apocalypse edition this black friday, lol.

Passes for Gears Judgment and BioShock Infinite. Probably a month too early to hope for the Borderlands Pre-Sequel pass, but we'll see. The Gears 3 and BL2 passes were discounted during the countdowns the years they came out, but they came out in mid-September, not mid-October.

Half-Minute Hero, everything in the Game Room marked down to 50 cents, Poker Night 2. Some bullet hell shooters (though I think I might already have all the ones on the US marketplace).

Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga and, while I don't remember it there when I played through it, people online have said Lego Indy 2 had it patched in after release.

Poker night 2 is great. Genuinely funny and some nice avatar unlockables. I still use the necromanicon from evil dead series as my prop.
 
Browsing the Xbox One Smartglass app today, I realized that this week (12/16-12/23) Ubisoft will be offering The Crew 50% off with the purchase of either Assassin's Creed: Unity or Far Cry 4.  It appears these are to be released as two different new potential bundles tomorrow and seem to already be accessible for purchase and download via the app (in the 'Coming Soon' are of the store) despite the listen release date.  They each go for $89.99 and seemingly require a Gold membership.

Should be $59.99 with free Crew. I can't wait to see NPD numbers on The Crew.

 
Waiting for the X1 drops. Hoping for a good 50 % or more off of Outlast.

There's been plenty of good sales on just about every retail game in physical form for the holidays. And Outlast is probably the main "indie" game I've kept an interest in.

Still waiting on a Fable Anniversary discount. I know i can get it for $20 on gamefly but I'd rather just have it digitally and use what credit i have left from the treasure hunt thing this summer.

Interested in Sanctum 2, can anyone speak to their experience with the game?  I remember hearing about some bugs or some such that was hindering peoples experience.  Also, if you have a minute, could you let me know how you like or disliked the game and if it's a pretty solid value for the sale price.

If you like the old school shooters where you have to pick up health/ammo and can hip fire with the accuracy of aiming down the site then the Wolfenstein is great for you. It actually had a decent story and it was a lot of fun. It even invoked dem feels!

It was also 20+ hours which is pretty insane for a single player FPS campaign, I spent less hours in Bioshock Infinite actually.

I'd put it in my top 10 games this year, one of the best single player FPS campaigns in quite some time.

That said It's been cheaper disc wise, $15 not too long ago on PS4 and I grabbed a copy for $25 for the X1 near black friday. But if you want digital only? $30 ain't too too bad. Warning: It's about 50 gigs in size as well.

Ive put a few hours into and its quite fun. Pretty much a Dark Souls clone and just as unforgiving. I picked it up with the BBY B2G1.

Fun game, but gets difficult in the later levels if you don't play in co-op.

 
Tempted to buy The Evil Within but the completionist in me is terrified of AKUMU mode. I rage easily when I feel a game is too cheap and TEW seems like it'll have me kicking cats across the street. Lords Of The Fallen is calling my name too. Both look good though. Hmmmm.
