It is just the starter pack (even though you download all the games since it is over 1GB ). The all in one pack which unlocks the complete set of games is $24.99.

 
Entexman, hee! I had a couple of those growing up. I think I may still have Galaxian 2 back in Michigan. (Wish I would have held onto Crazy Climber... oy.)

Anyway! I already have the starter pack for Capcom Arcade Cabinet. I'll pass on the other games for $24.99... I mean, good grief, I paid like three dollars for Capcom Classics Remixed during a PSN flash sale.

 
Picked up Ben-Hur (weird title) and Lies of Astaroth. I remember LoA being announced last year and being disappointed that it was only announced for the Chinese marketplace. Might not be any good, but I'm always a sucker for children's card games. If only it also had motorcycles.

As for the sales themselves, I enjoyed the first Bionic Commando Rearmed so figure I'll pick up the second. How's the other Bionic Commando game? Don't remember hearing bad things in the past, but not sure how dated it is at this point either.

Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune are also tempting for easy points, but at 20-25 hours each (according to TA), not sure if I want the time investment.

Also was unaware Darksiders II had a season pass. Probably because it didn't contain achievements. From what I can tell doesn't add anything worthwhile?

 
Ben-Hur is the name of the protagonist of the movie. It's a pretty epic movie. I watched it many years ago with my grandfather. Don't remember much about the movie except for the chariots.
 
I know account balances cannot be used as a method of payment when buying 360 games on xbox.com, but is that true now on the console as well? I'm just seeing "see price" on every 360 game I pull up in the store on my console, then am not being given the option to pay with my account balance.

This may have been answered somewhere, but all I can find is reference to purchases through xbox.com, not on the console itself.

I loved resident evil 5. My brother and I played through it back when it first came out and I really enjoyed it. It's definitely better in co op though

I'm playing through the XB1 port of RE 5 and I think it looks pretty nice, better than RE 6 Remastered even. I also highly recommend playing it in co-op.

Good example of why you should take them with a grain of salt. Achievements are just a developer implementing some challenges. It's up to them to make them worthwhile. And it's up to consumers to spend their most valuable resource intelligently. Care about your time, not your numbers tied to some company's platform.

Resident Evil 5 was a touchy one; fantastic for a co-op experience, mediocre for a single-player experience, horrible for a Resident Evil. At least Resident Evil was a good overall game in both aspects, of course it too was a horrible Resident Evil.

As for Resident Evil Revelations 2 Chapter 1, just like the Telltale games, the first chapter was released at $5, then eventually they made it free to entice more people to buy the other chapters or the season pass. One thing I got to say about Resident Evil Revelations 2 is, unlike Resident Evil 5 and 6, Rev 2 actually feels like a proper Resident Evil should (just like it's 3DS native prequel) and is a pretty good game in it's own right. Raid mode adds a really nice bonus mode to an already really good good game, adding more playtime than the actual main game. Honestly, I feel it's worth it to get to game, and the Deluxe Edition in particular, because the added storage space might come in handy for any additional guns and mods. Plus playing as Wesker in Raid mode is good, too.

4 and 5 are independent stories from the Racoon City arc that the other games revolve around.

5 is not a survival horror game tho, it's a 3rd person (co-op) shooter. Ammo and supplies are too plentiful, plus you can dupe gear if you want to. I loved it, probably because I don't really like survival horror games.

Oh ya, 5 is also controversial because it's pretty damn racist. White saviors, noble savages, bush medicine, black men snatching away white women, the works. I didn't think it was appaling, and it's not overt racism like the beginning of Bioshock Infinite. It's subtle and depending on your upbringing and cultural experiences, you might see it as offensive or not even notice.

Resident Evil 5 was fantastic co-op. Gameplay was fine, but it had a nag button. Holy shit. The amount of fun I had nagging my friend with "HURRY!" SHEVA!" "HURRY!" Just nonstop. Especially when she was surrounded by people and getting stabbed up.

Actually 4 and 5 do had a minor tie into Raccoon City and Umbrella
4 is that while everyone thinks Umbrella has fallen, it's still working in the shadows and is what hired Kreiger

5 is once again Umbrella and Tricell working behind the scenes, and many of the events of Raccoon city and beyond started due to the research here.

4, 5, and 6 to me are Action-Horror games, in the same vein as Dead Space.

Still fun but 5 and 6 are definitely the weakest entries in the franchise.

As for the "racism" in 5, the problem I had was people called it racist originally because it showed Chris, and not his black partner, fighting only black people in Africa. Which makes sense since it is Africa.. though once you get to the cliche African Tribesmen, then it might be consider a bit racist.... I picked up RE Origins, DMC Definitive and RE Revelations 2 Deluxe. I wanted RE 5 , RE 6 and DMC 4 but had to stop and let my money catch up. I was not expecting a good sale like this after such a great sale last week. I hope I don't like the next few weekly sales.
 
Rev 2 has a cool side mode (forgot the name). Adds a lot of replay value and has co-op now. Very repetitive (replay levels multiple times on different difficulties), but I was still addicted to it.

Well, there's a difference between a game depicting racism (Bioshock Infinite) and a game being racist.

"It takes place in Africa so it makes sense" isn't a valid defense though. I'm sure that, if a zombie plague was taking place in Africa in real life, no one would call racism if it happens to be a white guy killing zombies over there. But a game isn't real life, and the game developer made a conscious decision to make the game take place in Africa and have the gameplay feature a white man killing a ton of black people.

It obviously looks nicer but overall I don't think there is much difference. The only issue with 360 is a snow level in Raid Mode really kills framerate. Playing it on 360 off disc also causes some weird frame pacing issue occasionally.

Still totally playable if Xbone isn't an option.

Story-wise some stuff will be a bit confusing. RE5 wrapped up the clusterfuck of a story that was running since the original game. I'd recommend starting with REmake before it but if you want the modern gameplay style it's more polished than 4.

Went ahead and picked up Resident Evil 5 seeing as how the co-op is getting so much praise, and that's the biggest reason I was considering it. Now you have me considering RE Revelations 2... I supposed I'll give that first episode a try and see how I like it! Thanks!

It also depends on which part of Africa, isn't Southern Africa more white or mixed?

I was going to comedically/sarcastically nitpick the fact that there are no Zombies in RE5 (or 4)
