They do always play them tough down in Miami, but its Brady, Gronk, Hightower, and Dion Lewis all back for then so we will see. They have something special this year for sure.
 
The walking/chill games are definitely on my radar. Dear Esther is supposed to be $9.99/£7.99. Waiting for sales on those, specially Firewatch. FH3 I'll get one of these days and Deus Ex dlc is good. More Destiny is fine I guess(for those that like that game). Another great week

It sounds like a lot of ppl are playing Madden today.

I bought Lego Movie Game finally for $5. I'm hoping it holds us over til Avengers and Star Wars are a decent price for the deluxe editions.

I snagged the Forza Horizon Season Pass too. I was going to preorder Horizon 3 but then looked at Horizon 2 and how many races I still need to finish and I think I'll finish Horzion 2 before buying 3, then maybe 3 will be cheaper. Plus I don't want to ruin the story of 3 by not seeing the Horizon 2 end boss first.
 
Debating if I want to grab Forza Horizon 3 or not. My biggest issue was the environment of 2 looked the same throughout and I got tired of it. I know 3 is different which is why it's tempting me.

I started that Van Helsing game that was a GwG awhile back. It's essentially a Diablo ripoff that is pretty decent. I would probably buy the sequels for like $5-10.

I'm hearing a lot of really positive things about FH3. Shane Satterfield praised it a couple nights ago on SIFTD's Gameface. There are races in the city, rainforest, desert, and coastline. Soundtrack is supposed to be awesome.Typical Forza customization to cars and gameplay. The camera mode actually looks a bit innovative as well with a drone camera where you can follow any car anywhere on the map. I'm  feeling really good about my pre-order!

If you want to check out the demo for 3 it shows off a lot of varied environment very wekk and it's only part of the map.

I wouldn't say that's his sole mission. He's also there to kidnap and rape Lady Tyrell to sire the Prince that was Promised. He does go to King's Landing to burn it to the ground in order to kill Cersei tho.

I could not get into For Honor and my hype for that game has severly diminished. Even against the CPU, I couldn't get a handle on when to keep blocking and when to switch direction to attack.

Anyone know why the xbox one has so many updates or is it only the one s? I usually only turn mine on on the weekends and there is always an update, most weeks only 500MB but its 4 GBs this week

Been playing a little LEGO Harry Potter 2 and it is making me appreciate how much they have improved the LEGO games. It is a good game but the hub design and story progression is obtuse and boring. 

 
I'm in a bit of a game malaise tonight. Don't know whether to dive into something big like Far Cry Primal or find some completion I can knock out quickly.

Btw, that's the first time I've ever seen or heard 'malaise'... Had zero idea that was a real English word.

My current gaming malaise comes from not knowing whether to buy Lego Hobbit.

Lego Hobbit is one the best Lego game to date if not the best. Right now I have it as the best imo but I haven't played Avengers and Jurassic World yet. Waiting for those to hit $5 on :ps4: or :xb1: digitally, who ever does it first gets my money.

Yeah you can't play the Lego games backwards. I think Lego Marvel and Lego Indiana Jones 2 have been my favorites.

I knew malaise was a word, (although forgotten, along with melancholy, despondency, and ennui. Today, it's been replaced with the more often used word, "depression"), but I didn't know other people suffered from gaming malaise like me.

You know, that feeling of not being in to anything, starting up a game, only to quit it shortly after loading it. The worst is when it happens on a day off.

The best remedies I've found include playing Gems of War, (a free to play game on Xbox One, which takes a minimal amount of interaction and virtually no commitment, where you can quit at any moment, and not be punished for it or lose progress), or playing a game with friends, (friends that you can talk to on party chat whilst playing, to raise your spirits), or to just power down the Xbox and do something else, like reading. It comes and goes, and apparently everyone hits a slump.

Agreed. The real voice acting lines from the films definitely helped. I just wish it had online multiplayer co-op.

This. I'm grabbing it (on disc for the Gargos skin and the soundtrack) as soon as it goes on sale at Best Buy. If it goes on sale digitally afterwards, I'll probably trade in the disc towards it as well for convenience.

A good discount on the physical version at least is inevitable. However, don't let not owning it stop you from enjoying the awesome new single-player mode "Shadow Lords" from 9/20 onwards, if you already have S1 Ultra from GWG (since you don't need to own Season 3 to play it). I know I keep talking about it to the point where it sounds like they've paid me off, but I've legitimately enjoyed my time with it and the additions they're adding to the full release sound fantastic.

Even if you love Marvel stuff, Avengers is definitely not as good as LEGO Marvel, so it probably won't be your favourite one. Jurassic World is pretty good though, so it might be your favourite, depending on how you feel about the source material.

I think the only LEGO games that have online co-op are Star Wars II/The Complete Saga and Harry Potter Years 1 - 4. They dropped it pretty early on, for whatever reason.

Jurassic World is my favorite lego game and one of my favorite games from last year in general. I loved it so much I beat it twice (360 and XB1) That being said, Avengers isn't bad. If you like Marvel stuff it's good but I'd definitely say Jurassic World is better. Really comes down to which movies you enjoy more

I just picked up Lego Jurassic World for the wife and I at Best Buy for $11 and it's awesome. It does help if you love the movies, but I love how it censors the violence from the movies and makes it ok for kids. Like the guy who should of died in a raptor pen instead escapes but loses his delicious sausage.
 
Since there is Gears 4 bundles we should see cheap digital copies from code sites in a few months I would think... I'll wait for one of those.

Agreed. I am picking up a physical copy from BB right now and will trade in once I can acquire a digital copy for a reasonable price.
