Interested in Valley, might try that out. Also, I highly recommend Ziggurat for this price, it's a really fun game!

Servers won't be affected. If you don't have the DLC then the DLC cars will be black Jettas, a default placeholder car. Or if you download all of the free cars you will be able to see the paid DLC cars since the free cars serve as compatibility packs. Some server based actions may eventually be affected as FH2 lost the servers for the auction house and some other stuff a year or so ago, but it's online play is still intact. FM3, FM4 and FH1 still have full "extra" online functionality (sharing designs, pictures, auction house, etc), but one day those will probably be pulled, too. Circle of (Digital) Life.

I tried Access and it was a waste of money for me. The only games I wanted on there were DA:I GOTY, Battlefield 4, and Titanfall, and I'd rather own than rent, so buying those on sale was more worth it than subscribing to a service that offered me three games. I don't play peggle, or racing, or sports games, and game trials I don't really care about, so EA Access was just a waste of money for me.

Prey is on sale for $5, I actually had my eye on Prey as part of my slog back through 360 exclusives since I was on PS3 the majority of last gen. Anyone think it's aged too poorly? I briefly played the PC version and there's probably worse ways to spend $5.

 
I really really enjoyed Prey. The story is really fucking good as well. Can't imagine it's aged super well (probably a lot like doom 3) but it's still a very cool game and story

I bought it for $5 forever ago, really want it to go BC. Same with El Shaddai and Catherine

Thanks! Sold. I grew up on Quake (1, 2), Half-Life 1-2, Unreal Tournament, all the Dooms, etc, so I probably won't be turned off by its age unless it just doesn't play well (IE I have trouble going back to the original Duke 3D).

I've never played Prey even though I own the regular edition and a sealed collector's edition. I miss the days of excess when I'd buy the collector's edition of everything. Now I wish I had that money back.
 
Agreed on Prey. Would love it to become BC. Although whatever comes out may be good, it's ashame that the reboot coming next year is supposedly going to have almost no resemblance to the original, which was vasty underrated IMO.

Just watched the gameplay trailer for the new game. Looks good but more like Dead Space than Prey.

I've enjoyed this 360 sale.

I've bought, like, six games at $5 each hoping that at least half of 'em will come to BC soon and the rest will follow eventually.  Better date night than I expected, frankly.

Since the 360 web marketplace doesn't differentiate between a Silver sale and a price drop, there's no way to tell just from the site. So Store Parser marks it as a drop.

The original Prey wasn't necessarily underrated, based on the Metacritic page:

~80 reviews and over 60 of them are 7.5 or higher. But I do think it was a bit of a sleeper hit - critics liked it didn't resonate alongside Doom and Quake the way they were hoping. Also, Prey was in development hell for 11 years, so I think by the time it finally came out, a lot of people had moved on from the trailers and previews they'd heard about for years. Between that and Duke Nukem Forever, it's no wonder 3D Realms went under.

EU's difficulty can be largely avoided with patience. Move one soldier a single move and overwatch everyone. Spend plenty of turns just overwatching and waiting. Repeat to crawl around the map, finishing after 60-80 turns. This is assuming you play Ironman, or otherwise don't want to save scum.

EW added resources on the map that expire after a handful of turns. If find them and don't get into too many drawn out fights, the first pickup is pretty much a gimmie but you'll have to be aggressive to get the second. They also added a mech class that just wtfpwns and is a lot of fun, provided you can get the resources and research along with your other goals. They rebalanced the classes some and made more of the ability choices relevant, so you had less cookie cutter builds. A couple stealth aliens, heavies, and a hostile human faction create more dynamic encounters than EU's thin men gank squads and muton grenade spammers.

Ya, Enemy Within has plenty of improvements to make it a clear upgrade. If you like tactical RPGs, it's outstanding.
