Unfortunately there is a lot of filler bullshit. Microtransaction stuff for the tacked on Breach mode I'll never play and some bullshit XP and credit bonuses that I hope I can choose not to install. For the actual stuff a Deus Ex fan would want, I heard the Prichard DLC is alright, and the prison one is good, so I'd guess it's worth the $7.50 for them since I doubt they'll ever go on sale alone.

I might pick up Citadel at $5 too.

I really wish Mania would have been up at midnight. I've got two finals today so I really shouldn't play it until like 9 PM now.

I don't recall a ton of game play but it was fun. Played it on PS4. I buy most of the Teletale games on PS4 since I have a Playstation TV upstairs. Wife likes to watch most of these games ( but not all).

Might buy it on XBox now and play it again though.

Telltale Batman is not one of the stronger Telltale games but it's pretty good. The games are not action oriented really at all, but there is gameplay that pushes along the story, which is the main focus. Wolf Among Us, Tales from the Borderlands and the Walking Dead Telltale games are significantly better from a story perspective than Batman though.

Also, if it matters to you, just about all of the telltale games starring with WD S1 (for some reason I think Minecraft has missable ones) are unmissable 1ks if you play through all the episodes

Rising is one of my most favorite character action games of all time. I can't believe they did something as awesome as make it BC! Woo!

Now if only I can get MGS Collection BC, I'll be happy since they already made Arkham Origins BC.

I’m not sure about Minecraft, but Wolf Among Us is a missable 1k.
 
For those that never played Revengence, it’s not a typical MGS game by any means. Much more action based with combat closer to Bayonetta, which immediately makes it one of my favorite games. Have it on 360 but never got much chance to finish it being pulled to my X1. Now that problem has been resolved. :)
 
I laughed at seeing Screamride added to BC.

Revengeance is a good get, I've had it since before the DLC went free. Gotta admit though it would be better if it wasn't on Steam/PC already.

Can we please get the MGS HD Collection or at least Vanquish (same dev as Revengeance) added to BC now?

Can't wait for the next Platinum-related BC addition to be Anarchy Reigns..

Microsoft marketing has always sucked the last few years. Maybe since they are giving the upgrade away for free they don't want to spend the money on marketing it. Or, if you read NEOGAF, MS hasn't made a dime on the XBox and XBox is dead after the X. Or at least that's what they would have you believe.

As an Xbox only gamer though, it isn't necessarily a bad date. Outside of Xcom and Mario/Rabbids, I have not the slightest clue what the others are. Recore would rank 1st or 2nd on my list if that's what comes out that day. Of course, as a CAG I'm not buying anything on release date because we have backlogs right?
 
I have a really stupid question if by chance anyone else here has a Samsung KS8000 TV. When you hit the source button on the remote and you have the panels come up at the bottom, the one for my XB1 used to be green while my PS4 one was blue. Looked kinda neat. Now for whatever reason I had to re-link the source and now they are both blue and it's driving me crazy.

I fully acknowledge that this is an absurd post and that it's even more ridiculous that it bothers me. I'm just curious if anyone else here knows what I'm describing. A quick Google search got me nowhere.

I have the KS6300 and have similar issues. It can be a little flaky with the whole “CEC” thing that identifies the various inputs. I sometimes had the actual Xbox One logo as the panel for my X1. The TV identified it and picked it up straight off. But then it would periodically lose it.

Recently changed to have all my inputs go through my receiver and now I almost never get the Xbox One logo. Probably doesn’t help that my X1, PS4 and Shield TV all now go through receiver to the same input. So really can’t expect it to work correctly now.

But it should have always worked when directly attached to my TV ...alas it didnt always work.

Is this a feature that could apply to all CEC-enabled TVs? I just got an LG OLED and wonder if I can get it to do this. Sounds cool!

Not sure about the Xbox One logo. The Samsung panel itself is probably different than a lot of other models. But the actual identification of the system I would think should be the same.
 
Caved in Batman Telltale and just finished the first episode. Absolutely loved it and can't wait to see where it goes.

I've always been a huge Metal Gear fan, but could never get into Rising. I'll have to give it another chance since I've got a copy of it laying around somewhere.

ETA: Looks like it is a single 1 month code and a single 3 month code. At least that is what it let me redeem.

Yeah it actually was the XB1 font and all now that I think about it. This is what it looks like now. You can see that the Playstation one is still good. At least I know I'm not the only one it's happened to.

Yeah I have the KS8000 and have the same issue it used to be the Xbox One had it's own green and white tile then it went generic, so I figure it's something the Xbox One did. My "Icon tiles" for the Xbox 360 and my Charter/Spectrum cable box still work and they are all running through the same input source.

Wait, when you say they’re all running through the same input source, you mean you have them coming through a receiver and still have them split out as individual tiles? I can’t get that to work but would love to. Right now I just have a generic “receiver” blue tile after switching to going through it for my gaming systems.

If there’s a way to force it to have separate titles for each device, I would love to know how. I have a Yamaha V381 receiver. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Ah, yes. That does make a difference. That’s how my Charter Spectrum tile got messed up a few times when I was reconfiguring stuff and had to go back and put the right spelling.

I ran into this issue a few months back while adding my NES classic, the ps4 switch to the default font while the Xbox has the exact logo. I haven't really looked into it as i'm just happy they are in order of use.
