I really liked Hardline single player. I played the beta of the MP and hated it. Just thought cops and robbers was a stupid idea. I think $5 is a decent price for the single player experience.

I did that and didn't get credit for the $5 or my Gold bonuses unlocked. I had to speak with support to get the $5 added ingame, and finally spoke to them about getting my Gold bonuses. They said it could take up to 2 days before getting added but we will see I'll contact again if they aren't added. I'm not spending another $5 in hope they unlock.

Sorry. That sucks. I had read about that fix on the Ubisoft forums a while back and seemed like it worked for most people...but obviously not all then.

The whole situation is really a mess. Of course, I'm happy that I got the digital version and could sell my disc. But really even that was a colossal screw up by Ubisoft. Then all this BS about the Deluxe and Gold add one. Yikes.

Still really like the game though.
 
Bit on Battlefield 1 and have played quite a bit but I still suck. However, I enjoy playing it despite being awful, which is how I judge MP shooters.

New FH3 car pack is out.

Am I the only that thinks the downloading of these cars could be handled better? Seems overly cumbersome to me but maybe there's no better way to handle it.

I've been chatting with their support for a while now. Did anyone else's case not come with the Legacy Battle Pack? It's right there on the front cover, but there was no code and redeeming the Gold Edition/Season Pass didn't give it to me. It's been a very unproductive back-and-forth waiting game.

Ah guess I forgot about that. I'm guessing my Gold Edition content won't be unlocked by tomorrow so I'll have to chat with them again, I'll mention it then.

I agree. It is terrible. I wish they would just appear in your garage instead of having to 'buy' them for $0 one at a time.

 
Any BC predictions for tomorrow? Also how many titles do you think they will put out seeing as how they have unofficially gone to one day a week from the looks of things.

Totally agree, it used to be as you'd get a message and it'd say oh hey you got a gift from Turn 10, here let me download the car for you. That was the way to handle it, odd to see them going this way now.

Real football (aka "American") is a ok. Soccer is not though. :p

It is funny you mention that though as I have maybe 500 GB left on a 4TB hard drive I bought a few years back and trying to find stuff to delete. Fifa was the first thing I looked for but apparently deleted that long ago (only had due to EA Access).

My co-workers looked at me like I'm barking mad, when I jumped up at the 6th goal (and the final whistle). That was nerve-wracking but never doubted the outcome :D

I think I lost my voice watching that game and I'm not even a Barca fan.

I skipped my soci class to go watch this with a bunch of my friends at our University den and there were about 20 people in total watching the game in the whole place. But as soon as the last goal went in, the place just exploded.

I still can't believe that happened!!!

 
Well I had a helluva time getting my $5 giftcards for purchasing 4 of the Oscar nominated movies but finally got them by talking with a supervisor.  He was awesome and just put $20 into my Microsoft account.  So if anybody else is having trouble, just ask for a Senior support agent or supervisor as none of the low level techs know what to do or anything about this promo.
