  • You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console.  Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work.  Xbox One games can be purchased on the web site with your account balance, but DLC cannot.

I already have all of these. The rest are crap.

 
I can only recommend Beautiful Katamari I 100%ed the Game and even bought the DLC that didn't have any achievements, but gave more levels. All the DLC got a price cut long ago so every piece of DLC was 80 MSP back then when I bought it...totally worth it...

(PGR 4 , Lost Odyssey, Kameo and some other Games got DLC price cuts back then too..all DLCs were 80 MSP) I really wish they would do something like this again...

and YES they are still this cheap...

Agreed but I might pick it up still. Rarely goes below $20 used and doesn't seem overly likely to go for $5 again any time soon.

I think I picked up the cheap Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon DLC when I had a few bucks left in my XBL wallet. Great deal! I also wish other publishers would do this. If a bunch of people bought the cheap DLC I'm sure it'll be better than no one buying the regular priced items. Maybe as the 360 Marketplace begins to wind down and focus shifts to XB1 publishers will be willing to do this.
 
I got most of these when they were on sale over the winter. For my money, Namco Bandai is the best and most consistent publisher at the moment.

AC:VD is my favorite game of 2013. I don't understand why people lose their shit on the Souls series but totally ignore Armored Core.
It's a super good time and there's tons of content.
Vespiria is especially worth it. It's a bit darker than it looks.
Katamari is a good time, and this is the best price I've seen it. If you've played more than 1 other game in the series this one is maybe not different enough without the (reasonably priced) DLC.
Eternal Sonata is interesting, but the battle system takes a while to get going.

Enslaved screams GwG to me. Ace Combat is a maybe. I don't need Tekken Tag so close to USF4.

Ok, seems like few good things came around, like Tekken and Enslaved.  Speaking of which, I just watched gameplay for Enslaved and looks like you play as the "monkey" who jumps around a lot;  copy paste of Infamous engine.  I'm not sold on Enslaved, not yet.  But Tekken is the bright jewel that outshines the rest.

More like Armored Bore.  Every time I tried a game in that series, the controls were slow as molasses. Rather play Rage.

Enslaved is a good action game worth buying at that price.    Otherwise, nothing of interest for me this week.

 
Japanese developers have tried to apply laws of physics to Armored Core series maybe that is why many units feel slow and bulky.  Like you would operate a real giant robot, heaviness is the key structure.  I remember playing first ArmoredC games on PS1, and boy it was fun, maybe caz it was new and bright idea of piloting giant robots.  But I lost interest in the series after AC3; they just keep cranking them out # after #.  It gets boring.  However, if you like fast pased mecha  Zone of Enders is quite fast actioned.  But than again it is totally in Japanese style.

Enslaved does smell like next GwG, and probably Eternal Sonata will fall into that category.

Armored Core interests me since I have the rest of the series, but I think I'd prefer physical, have a week to think about it at least.

 
Even as an Xbox 1 owner, every time I see these sales of ridiculously old bargain bin games I suddenly want the PS4 to crush the XB1 just so Microsoft learns a lesson.  

 
Just got on my xbox and there's an extra $5 in my account, so suddenly got $10 to spend...and non of the upcoming games look good at all to me, not a fan of jrpg's...or fighting games...total pass on every new sale game listed.

Yes!!!! Katamari for that price, I've always wanted to play it but never saw a good price for it.

I also recommend Enslaved for that price, Tales too.
 
Well fortunately for me, nothing to buy this week. Does anybody know if Dark Souls will be GwG for the second half of June? if i recall correctly the arcade game goes first and then the other one. 

 
I passed on Enslaved for $1.99 in several clearance bins, will pass again. None of the upcoming sale games look like anything I'd want. May just grab JC2 and DS3 before they expire...

aaaand yeah, downloading both games now...lord I need a HD bigger than 20gb...the constant deleting/redownloading really blows...

Street Fighter is 2nd half I think. I'm not sure about the other 2.

EDIT: I thought I read that on SRK, but now I'm not finding where I saw it was 2nd half.

They change it sometimes. A few months it's been the retail game first, while other times it's been the arcade game first.

 
So I had $20 in MS money from a GS trade-in, got $5 added to my account by magic today, and bought State of Decay, Deus ex, Dungeon Seige 3, and Just Cause 2, pretty happy with that sale haul this time! Especially since that free $5 got me a game for free.
 
I'm probably in the minority but I hated Enslaved the Combat was very boring and the whole story to me was also boring. Don't get me wrong the graphics are beautiful but the game it self bored me out of my mind.

If anyone is on the fence about picking up Tekken Tag I really recommend it. In my opinion it is the best Tekken game available with the most amount of content. I think the game has 60 fighters and thats including the free DLC the game gives you which adds like 10 new fighters.
 
Twenty minutes 'till I can no longer buy Just Cause 2. So on the fence about that one. I rented it from GameFly a long time ago, and kind of liked it... but that damn island map is enormous! It got to be a real drag moving from location to location.

Travel in that game is great. Lots of vehicles plus choppers,parachute,and grappling hook. I played JC2 for over 100 hours and I'm thinking of buying it on 360 to play it again.

Eh, not sure about these new sales. Not a fan of JRPG's but I'm kinda tempted to bite on Eternal Sonata and Tales Of Vesperia, but both are currently lacking a sale on the European marketplace: the first is 15 Euros, the second 30 - prices way too high. Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is also a bit more expensive (10 Euros), plus all that DLC? Jeez. Skipping. Somewhat tempted by Katamari but I skipped it a billion times and I still don't know what to expect, I never played one of these games.
