  • You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console.  Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work.  Xbox One games can be purchased on the web site with your account balance, but DLC cannot.

Hey guys, when are the games for the new month typically announced? I wanna buy alpha protocol and anarchy reigns but I don't wanna risk either being one of next months free games.

 
Anybody try the Zombie Driver for XB1? Is it a really good upgrade from the 360 version? Really interested in it.

wow, either one of those as a GWG would really suck. A lot of times they will announce it a couple days in advance, but being how the first is a tuesday, I wouldn't be surprised if we don't get word until Monday night. You can still get this weeks deals on Monday, though, so you should be safe to wait until then to jump on it. I would be really surprised if it were either one of those, though.

Haha, you had that happen too? It's funny, I've been without a headset for months because the one time I left it out... he decided it looked tasty. The reason it's funny is he's never ever chewed on something like that before.

Unrelated but why is what's probably the worst game out of the whole batch of this week's sale, morphX, 19.99 when so many much better games are far cheaper? Also I'm sort of shocked Binary Domain isn't on sale.

I was using the normal 360 headset and he chomped the cord in one bite. The Xbox One headset cord at least didn't get cut apart.

The new Transformers game...... What happened? I thought we were in the golden age of good Transformers games! I've only completed level one and watched the ugly level 2 cutscene, so maybe it gets better.
 
Again nothing on sale this week that's the tiniest bit appealing. Picked up Max Payne 3 before the sale went off since I never tried any in the series before. Now I just need to find a dirt cheap 120 or 250gb hd so I can actually play all these sale games.
 
Anyone have a thorough opinion on Sonic Racing or however you feel like abbreviating it? I played around with the demo but it doesn't give much insight into the full game.

Also, if I enjoyed Dante's Inferno, is Viking similar enough to warrant a purchase?

The vast majority of GwG games have been multiplayer and single player, so odds of AP are slim IMO.

so guys

lets say I purchased Naval Strike DLC for Battlefield 4 right. And imagine my surprise when I boot up the DLC and the servers are utterly, completely DEAD. Like, nobody playing any modes on those maps at all. Its crazy. Just totally empty.

You guys think I can get a refund? I just bought it tonight. My argument is that I paid money for a game to play with other human beings online and yet I'm surrounded by water and ships....all by myself. Not really much fun.

xbox 360 or xbox one? I booted up my x1 copy and I see at least 20 servers on Naval Strike maps with maybe 10 of those having 64 players. Maybe check your search settings?

 
This is the part during level 2 that made me quit playing that Transformers game forever (or at least until tomorrow). I kill everything and go to activate the lever and something always magically appears out of nowhere and kills me. Cheese and crackers.

It $7.49 the lowest both Mickey Castle of Illusion and Sonic 4 Episode 2 have been? I'm hesitant to buy an arcade game for more that $5.

Xbox One. I searched all the servers and they were empty! Wtf. What are you entering in where you see a full lobby for Carrier Assault?
 
Another World 20th Anniversary Edition is up for Xbox One for $8.  267 mb

Valiant Hearts and Putty Squad are up on 360. Valiant Hearts is great so far, Putty Squad is horrible lol.

Ah should have realized that, if sega had made the game it wouldn't have looked like it was from the ps2 xbox gen.
