Same here..im probably not going to play multiplayer so im leaning towards just getting the Undead Nightmare Pack.

It amazes me that i've seen people wondering why Sonic CD isn't on offer. It came out exactly two weeks ago.

For 400 points.
RDR DLC is now live...
400 Undead Nightmare pack (50% off)
400 Legends and Killers pack (50% off)
400 Liars and Cheats pack (50% off)
800 Undead Nightmare Collection (50% off, includes all 3 packs)
Yeah i dont play the Multiplayer that much im just gonna get The Undead Nightmare (Single) add on

can they not drop any of these lower than 50 percent off? they've already been on sale at the exact same prices 5 other times.

and I feel like the fallout 3 dlc should be permanently dropped to 400 by now, i forgot to grab mothership zeta while they were on sale a week or so back during a dotd, and would grab it now but it's 800msp, I can get the full game for cheaper than that... drop the price on some of these 3+ year old dlc already...
yup. Exactly what I was going to say. That's why when you're not connected to XBL they are trials.

You need to transfer your licenses to the current console. Take a look at this, it might help. http://www.xbox.com/en-US/Support/LicenseMigration/FAQ
But um I bought it on this console with this gamertag, thats my issues and I've done a transfer before and galaga legions still wotn play offline. I actually just bought deadliest warrior 2 when it was on sale a few days ago and even connected online with the tag I can only acess the demo :/

They are doing 2x XP until 1/2/2012 and 3x XP this weekend if you are at all interested in multiplayer...
The full RDR game is also on sale for $30. I'm tempted as I did buy undead nightmare last year for 400msp and have never played rdr
it really is an amazing game

kinda disappointed with the RDR sale

you can get the full package for $25 on PSN if you have PS+ yet I have XBL Gold and would have to pay $40...

ugh
We just discussed that on the page before you posted. Come on, read a bit! Anyway, yes, the XBLA version of Sonic & Knuckles connects with the other games. Sonic 2 has online versus multiplayer, but I'm not sure about Sonic 3. Also, the XBLA games obviously have their own Achievements.
That info is in the OP and the FAQ

Buy disc-based. Best Buy had it used for $8 the other day, you can get it for about $18 used on Amazon right now, or just wait and catch it on sale in the coming weeks somewhere. Plus, you can always re-sell it and loan it to others if it's disc-based.

Only way I'd recommend this on GoD (or any GoD) is if you have a TON of old Microsoft Points that you're looking to burn off (since old MSP would be a sunk cost at this point)

Looks like this is the 5th time this RDR content has dropped, and the 4th time it's been priced at 400msp (per XBLdb). Seriously, it's absolutely ridiculous to include this in the 1 day sales. It's like MS got lazy and just contacted the big publishers (Activision, 2K, Epic, MS Game Studios, Sega, Bethesda) about discounting their biggest game's content, instead of going out of their way to get GOOD NEW content discounted.

I did read those but they didn't address the multiplayer question and I my question was worded poorly.

I was actually wondering if my disc had that content on it (the extras from sonic and knuckles) or if it was only the xbla versions that had that. Sorry about the confusion. I guess the disc does not and the xbla versions do...

Edit: Apparently I missed several pages prior to the ones I read. Sorry i asked a redundant question. Just trying to make a quick decision on purchases.
Finally snagged Full House Poker. I didn't want to drop $10 on it so almost 50% off was my breaking point.
It was, which makes this 40% reduction a little unsettling. Do they want to LOWER discounts? Do they want to increase XBLA games to 960?

We paranoid as HECK!

I saw RDR was going to have this DLC on sale tomorrow so I decided it would be a good time to pull it from my back log and start playing it. Really having a lot of fun with it.. I think of it like Fallout 3 but in the wild west. Downloading the nightmare pack (400msp) right now, sorry to those who already bought this one of the many other times it was on sale.. but im happy with it =)

Hrm.. the last zombie game I played was Resident Evil 4 on the wii, a few years ago.

I actually feel like the sale price was supposed to be 320, but instead they took off only 320 making it 480.

the reason i say this is because sonic 4 is on sale for 320, along with sonic adventure.

and 480 just doesn't make sense, but who knows.
So pissed I missed Bastion. Any chance of it going on sale again soon?
Being a Summer of Arcade title, and arguably the most critically acclaimed of the last SoA batch, I wouldn't doubt it going on sale again before too much time has elapsed. It may not meet your definition of "soon" but it will be inevitable.

Haha funny you compare it to FO3, I couldn't disagree more. RDR was my game of the year last year, I just loved it. FO3 I only played about half way through and just couldn't keep going because I wasn't having any fun at all.

Anyways, RDR Undead Nightmare might be my favorite DLC of all time. It's well worth $5.
So pissed I missed Bastion. Any chance of it going on sale again soon?
I'd guess March/April, but that is just 100% guessing. Also very possible that it could only get a 33% discount, as it was an extremely popular and lauded title.

Thank you for letting us know that. Will be playing a bit know. I waited forever for Undead to go on sale and I just gave in and it happened the next day, last time it was on sale. Oh well I have a unicorn and I love it!
The leaked list predicted Gears of War 3 items, followed by Call of Duty.
Wasn't there two days after that were unknown?

I don't have Gears 3, and already have te available content for the COD games.

I played a little bit of Bloodrayne: Betrayal and Renegade Ops the other night, so i wanted to share my initial impressions....

Bloodrayne has a similar feel to Shank and Vampire Smile (try the demos!) but with more platforming. I don't think it's as good as either of those 2 games: The art and animations are really good, and it's quite fun slicing up tons of enemies, but the controls don't feel tight enough, adding a layer of frustration that can detract from the experience. I didn't play much (kept dying at the second boss) so I'll post more thoughts if i get back to the game before the end of the year/sale. Thus far i do not regret my 600 msp ($7.50) purchase.

I haven't played much Renegade Ops either, but it's already starting to feel a little old. Unfortunately I can't think of any similar games to compare it to right now (maybe Gatling Gears), but I hope I can get into it a little more. Blowing stuff up and racing around like a madman is pretty fun though. :)
Not related to XBL sales (sorry!) but DAMN it took me forever to figure out how to change themes in the new dash. They could stand to have that option accessible in one or two more places.
I realize this is off topic, but Please share your methods! :)

Ironic they have a sale on Red Dead DLC considering I beat the vanilla game tonight. But I already got the GOTY version so.nothing for me. But is the undead nightmare expansion very good? Should I start it now that I just finished the campaign or Does it not really matter?
pretty sure there only 12 days of sales not 14, but portal and ITSP (among others) run through the 2nd
yeah, that's my fault. Fixed.

yeah it kinda plays a somewhat scenario after you get reunited with your family. I apologize for spoilers but really that game has been out for a year, who really hasn't played/beaten it yet?

ALOT of EA DLC I'm hoping they put on sale. REALLY hoping Left 4 Dead 2: The Sacrifice finally gets put on half finally though.

I actually haven't, and am having regret passing on the complete version from BestBuys DotD a couple nights ago. I knew I wouldn't get to it any time soon though, not high on my gaming priority list.

I prefer having DLC and AddOns on disc when possible.

Hey, Joey, I heard that Choplifter HD is out on XBL on the 11th. Not 100% sure that it was XBL, but that is the date that Brent from EpicBattleAxe researched for us, so I'm sure it's credible (I forgot that the majority of EBA have ps3's, thpugh).

Doesn't matter, as it's a completely different experience & play style. Did you 100% the game? If so, I'd come back to it later; But, if you feel like playing more, it's a good 6-8 hr story (depending on how many side missions, etc., you do).
its under the social tab (I know WTF)
I think it's under preferences on the last menu to the right, also?

RDR is a truly uniqe gaming experience that MUST be played. Even if you don't like westerns, shooters, or whatever, please give it a chance, eventually, as it is a very rewarding experience. I don't think anyone would regret it. Every gamer OWES it to him/her self to play RDR's story missions, imho.

*shrugs* I hated it. But I dislike any of the Rockstar games that follow the same mission based, open world gameplay they started with GTA 3. I don't hate westerns but they certainly aren't movies I watch much at all.

No game is for everybody though.

I've never played RDR but I'm not a fan of GTA games so I really doubt I'll get it. If they have an ultimate edition that's maybe $10 I'll try it at that point.

I don't agree about RDR being a must play.. its a game that you won't regret playing, but you are not missing much if you skip it :) Played it, finished it, great experience.. but won't touch it again. Undead Nightmare was meh to me..got boring half-way.

not everyone has fun playing open world sandbox style games...
it's like if you're playing skyrim and only doing the main quests.
it's what you find in between that makes it so great.

to me rdr was more than a game, it was an experience. better than any gta or faux art game ahem*limbo*ahem. Riding up on a chasm, realizing the sunset on the rio, a man and his horse, yeah, this is the west.

my only complaint is that there was too much talking during the missions, jesus christ this is a western, yappityy yap yap, eastwood would roll his eyes..
