garrett007, what did you do exactly to get your replacement code? I haven't gotten jack or shit from any support yet.

I tried phone support an the guy said he will get the team to send another code, (didn't make sense the way he was talking) then I got an email from support to verify my windows ID and gamertag, then waited a week.
So I would go with phone support and give them your info
 
First I tried xbox.com, then was told to call xbox support. Talked to one guy, transferred to another. 2 weeks and about 4 phone calls later (from xbox support asking me the same account verification questions) I finally got an email with the code.
