• You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console. Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work. Xbox One games can be purchased on the web site with your account balance.
• Some sales are intended for Gold subscribers only, as noted within each section.
  On Xbox One, Gold trials of any length work for sales and Games with Gold. You must be an active Gold subscriber (paid or trial) to play Games with Gold purchases.

What is this?

Game prices in the Xbox store have a UTC end date associated with them. These dates generally fall into 5 categories :

1. The item is currently on sale. These are usually the weekly sale items that end Tuesday mornings at 09:59:59 UTC.
2. The item will go on sale, usually within 2-3 weeks. These are usually set to switch at 23:59:59 UTC, like the weekly sale on Monday evenings. Some of the major annual sales (Spring, Summer, Black Friday, Holiday) start on Thursday evening UTC, and some times appear to be random.
3. The item is on Game Pass and is not currently or going to be on sale in the next few weeks. Third party games generally cluster around 09:59:59 UTC on the 1st and 16th of each month. Currently, at least one game is associated with every 1st and 16th through January 2025. The dates then spread out, ending with Human Fall Flat on July 1, 2028.
4. First party and EA Play titles are farther out, starting in 2049, with many in 2799 and 9998.
5. No date - some items do not have a price and so don't have a date. If the item is part of a bundle that has a price, the date from the bundle is used.

The list below uses the dates associated with games on Game Pass and EA Play. Time stamps in red are the regular Game Pass departure times and titles in red are confirmed to be leaving, either from Microsoft's regular news postings or by devs / publishers. Items available through Game Pass Core, currently on sale or not available for purchase are also color coded.

The date associated with a Game Pass game is not a guarantee it will leave on that date, but since March 2023 when the price data started getting analyzed, every game that's left Game Pass had been flagged as leaving on that date. It's given a number of people an extra heads up on the generally 2 week notice Microsoft provides.

All of the movies that were failing to show up were redeemed through Movies Anywhere. That's why I was like "why won't this WORK?"

And then it eventually worked. The ones I was seeing already were movies I'd gotten through the Xbox store, and I had my MA account linked to my MS account. So there were another 50 or so movies that, again, had been redeemed through MA and so SHOULD have been showing up, but weren't.

It just took a long damn time (like, multiple days; it had been several days already before I asked here) for my Xbox to go "oh huh right here you go."

Trial - Road - B700 Japan - Used the 2003 Nissan Fairlady Z (121 449 070).  Team took top 4 spots both races.  I won the first race.  Came in 3rd in the second, mainly because the person that came in 2nd kept ramming me in the tight corners in the city whenever I got ahead.

Puanke Hill Touge EventLab - B700 Japan - Point to point, about 3 minutes, no drivatars.  Finish is to back left of platform when you hit 98%.  Stay to the left.  Took me a bit to find the right way to get through.

Baja California Speed Trap - S2 998 Anything - 165 mph (3 stars is 140) - My prior PB wasn't even high enough for the target, though it was just in the Hoonigan RS200.  Corrected that, as well as taking the top spot on the CAG leaderboard with 181.11 mph in the rally suspension 2019 Rimac Concept 2 (551 707 630).  Started from the 4 way dirt intersection north of the trap.

Costera Drift Zone - S2 998 Anything - 100k (3 stars is 70k) - Topped 111k on my first south to north run of the zone in my usual 1986 Hoonigan Ford RS200 Evolution (780 472 164).  Since that was only good for 3rd on the CAG leaderboard, did a few more tries.  Got 116,699 going north / south and 123,019 going south / north.

Wheely Cool - Hazard - B700 Japan - No real problems with the 2003 Nissan Fairlady Z.  First race was a lot of off track driving going through streams.  Was a bit behind when finally getting back on track at 60%, but the boosters put me ahead by the end.  No problems with the second race.  Third race off track in snow wasn't bad.  Was well ahead by the time we left the track, and the snow may impact the AI more than water.

I haven’t posted in a long time, but that is truly sad.

I finished Midnight Suns about a month ago and loved it. I usually am not into those types of strategy games and actually mostly disliked X-Com for the difficulty, but MS was great.

It sucks that you have to play about 10 hours before it gets started and the tutorial is bad, but it gets much, much better as it goes on. I actually even felt real sadness by the end of the game. I just wish that a sequel was possible because even while playing that game I knew there would probably not be a real follow up because it was just too niche.

I have no idea who thought this game would actually sell well, but I salute them because it’s easily one of the best games to release in 2022. I don’t even regret buying that Legendary edition 2 weeks before it went on sale for 30% off.

I posted this in the PlayStation forum so I thought I post this here too since I'm a big fan of the series.

After doing some research it's nice to see that you can just buy these. I thought they were forcing you to use their currency to buy them. Looks like they took some of the feedback from the early access release and changed up how to purchase the tables. Currency looks to be for the pinball pass.

"Buying tables and table packs will happen through the storefront, for fiat money, similar to Pinball FX3. After receiving feedback from players, we felt this was the right decision and will revert back to the previous way of selling the core Pinball FX experience. This means, that tables purchased from the storefront will not be playable cross-platform. "

It looks like it would cost $117 without tax to purchase the 21 new tables.

Looks like most individual tables cost now either $5, $5.50 or $10 each. All newer 3 table packs are now $15

Maybe I would consider some of these on sale. I know a few of these are from the Apple Arcade release Zen Pinball Party and I really didn't like many of them. Dreamworks pack, Garfield, My Little Pony and Snoopy.

I also heard there is some serious input lag with the release and people are not happy about it. I maybe will get a few of the new tables to try if or whenever they decide to put them on sale in the future but I'm not buying tables I previously bought again. They do mention in the FAQs about a possible legacy discount for table owners in the future.

I have been in early access on the epic store for a few months prior to the game being released and I purchased a lot of the new tables. A nice unexpected bonus was after they released the game across platforms they gifted me tables (on the epic store) I did not own already that they have bundled. I pretty much own all the tables in the epic store. I will say the game plays a lot better on PC than on XBox right now. I really love the Mandalorian and Brothers in Arms tables. The new Zen tables are pretty awesome too. I would say it is not really worth buying any of the tables you already own with Pinball FX3 since they are pretty much the same apart from a slight graphics upgrade.

Feature wise the game is not improved in my opinion. Mostly just newer graphics and tables. I prefer Pinball FX3 for features. It's really about the new tables they have created for me.

Got a Switch for my kid last year and picked up MUA3 for me. It's not as good as the previous ones. Good characters/graphics, but it gets mired down in the stink of the modern gaming market's insistence on massive repetitive grinding.

I gave up even trying to unlock the final DLC characters that I paid for since it still required days more of grinding.

As for this new one, there has been a lot of feedback, since none of your bought tables will transfer..however they made a statement to look into a discounting strategy for the remasters.

Just an FYI that the Just for You deals also show up on Xbox.com.  I'm not sure if there's an easy way to navigate to it that way, as I just searched for the offers I had.  This way you can get Microsoft Cash Back (7%) with the deals.  I got FarCry 6 Lost Between Worlds DLC for $8.  Not a fantastic deal, but wanted to get the 100% completion on it
