A. To check out the available Punchcards, log into the Xbox LIVE Rewards site and visit the MyPunchcard page. The amount of available Punchcards each month will vary.

Q. Do Punchcards expire?
A. Yes. Once a Punchcard expires, no further punches will be provided for actions completed after that date. Expiration dates for each Punchcard vary and are listed on the MyPunchcard page found here.

Q. I completed a Punchcard! How do I claim my Reward?
A. If the Reward is Microsoft Points, they will appear under Pending on your MyRewards page by the 15th of the following month. If the Reward is anything other than Microsoft Points, an email will be sent to your contact email listed here with instructions to redeem your Reward.     Note I was going to also suggest the "Angry Birds Trilogy" sale starting 4/30, but since it's a GoD title, it doesn't count. :cry:
  • Games your friends have picked up. Use the "Compare Games" feature on their profile, which will list their games in order of most-recently played by default.
  • Atari-published games, which you should assume will get de-published as soon as its game licenses/IP are sold off in bankruptcy court.
  • Games NOT found on compilation discs, because you can often find them "cheap" on eBay or used-game retailers. See this XBLA thread post (under "XBLA Discs") for more info & lists.

Q: So what is this and how much does it cost?
A: Xbox Rewards is a free loyalty program run by ePrize for the Microsoft Corporation. They offer free and Gold Xbox Live members "rewards" for completing survey, making qualified purchases, or other actions during a specified period.

Q: Where do I start?
A: You should start by reviewing the official FAQ. Once you are done there, and you have decided to join, you are ready to start earning rewards.

Q: I never got my reward for my first purchase after joining the rewards program?
A: According to the official FAQ. You will only earn that reward for your first purchase from the marketplace ever. If you made a purchase before joining the program, you are out of luck.

Q: I never got my reward for activating Netflix after joining the rewards program?
A: According to the official FAQ and some discussion with @XboxSupport You will only earn that reward for the first time you ever activate Netflix on your specific gamertag. If you did that before joining the program, you are out of luck. If you are still good, you have to have had Netflix activated for 1 month and have watched 2+ hours of streaming content during that time period.

Q: When will this end?
A: According to the official T&C, the program is scheduled to end at 3:59 p.m. GMT on June 30, 2012. It is possible that the program will be renewed or go after that, but there hasn't been more info on that yet.

Q: Will my Xbox LIVE Rewards Points expire?
A: Rewards Points do expire, so be sure to use them by June 30, 2012.

Q: How do I use my expiring Microsoft Points first?

Soooo... bit of a noob question here: I've been a Rewards member since September 29th 2012, took the October survey and got its 20 points. So far so good.

Last week, I took advantage of the discounts to pile up my points for the "spend 2000, get 300 back" rebate, so I bought Alan Wake's American Nightmare, Resident Evil 4 HD and all Bioshock 2 DLCs except for the Sinclair Solutions one, for a grand total of 2200 points. Mind you, I bought all of them through the Xbox.com page as I usually do, not through the Xbox dashboard.

The problem is, none of those purchases show up on my Rewards profile page, not even in the pending tab. Furthermore, my avatar appears updated, but my gamer picture is still the old one I had when I registered my account, so I wonder if there could be some option I'm not aware of that let me sync the Rewards page with my Xbox profile (even though I thought that should be automatic).

Should I just wait to see my points correctly credited sometime, I'm better off contacting Rewards support or am I definitively screwed for this month's offer? :(

Yeah I guess the twitter answer only applies to the achievement level rebate as my shocktober points posted today but the rebates bonus points weren't.

Since I'm new to the program, I thought they would add every single item to my pending queue as I bought it, but they did list a summary instead... well, I said mine was a noob question, after all! :lol:
 
I think I asked this earlier about whether you were eligible if you used cash to purchase some of the games (RE4 and Metro 2033 in my case). I'm hoping you might all see it my way that you would as I noticed that in the Spooky Rewards tab on the dashboard it says this:

"Get 300 Microsoft Points back when you purchase horror-themed Xbox Video Movies or TV Shows, Avatar items, Game Add-ons, Games on Demand, or Arcade Games worth 2,000 Microsoft Points or more."

Note the worth 2000 MS points. My reading of that is that they have to be worth 2000 points not that you have to spend 2000 points. Does anyone see it that way too in case I have to argue with them over it?

I'm a bit annoyed Splatterhouse made the cut after being denied at least 3 times forcing me to take another option, but I suppose its simply saved for a 5% back month now.

Yes they can be both used but you have to Avatar change sex to redeem both on one account.

Darn, I was thinking about getting the Borderlands 2 season pass but it isn't qualified.

Screw it. Bought Ugly Americans and the Decay series to spend my remaining 1000 MSP. Almost got Dante's Inferno, but the retail version will hopefully be super cheap this holiday season.

Probably because the first two times the service went out and said it was down and probably didn't register as me watching it. Needs moar servers.
 
Got a question. I got a gamerscore of over 25,000 so that puts me in the "Legend" tier and it says you get something for your birthday. Well, mine was Oct 14th. I haven't got anything?

You should have gotten it just for being a member, since all tiers receive it. Were you a member at the beginning of October? Did your Gold run out at any time? And your birthday is listed in your profile and you are over 13? You can always change it to November.

It's worth $0.25 so it's not that great.

I Got 20 Microsoft Points for my BDay in October and so did other CAGers. You're not missing much.

PLAY Halo 4 in multiplayer mode and earn Points:

Play 35 or more hours, and get 100 Points, OR
Play 70 or more hours, and get 300 Points, OR

Yeah, definitely not a promotion you can easily get if it's not something you already enjoy. Even then, 140 hours of Halo 4 multiplayer seems...excessive. There's also a pretty chart that covers this.

Unfortunately this is a series that never captured me and I never play.

I know if this had been centered on Borderlands 1 or 2 I would have easily qualified.
 
So, I had 740MSP deposited into my account this morning.

I had 540 pending in Rewards, but those are still showing as pending.

Any ideas?
 
I have 340 points pending and noticed 400 points deposited in my account as well. My first thought was the 2% which maybe could make up the difference for me, but otherwise I'm unsure.
 
Has to be 2% of your money back I got 170 points back I only spent 2400 on BL2 last month dunno if that maths adds up though
