YMMV ToysRUS "Green" Clearance is up to 70% off!

I picked up Sin and Punishment for the Wii ($5) and Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition ($12).
The had a variety of other games, I picked these up in Leominster MA.

The worker said the prices will steadily decrease, but he is not sure when the next drop will be.

They had an assortment of other games on ALL consoles.
Some hidden gems.

Just look for the games with a Lime Green tag on them. They all say "Was $##.##" but don't give the real price until you check them either at a register or kiosk.

Between Target 3x TIV coule weeks ago, Nintendo Wii U deluxe cheap 200 refurb,Target Wii U B2G1,MK8 register promo, Deluxe eshop promo, and this clearance, Any GAG'er is pretty set for Wii U, even without W101.

If you can find those cheap After glow controllers, you may even be set for Smash Bros.

3 is generally considered the worst of the series by a good bit. 4 is kind of like what 3 should have been. Took the new stuff that 3 added and refined it to what it should have been, and the pirate stuff they added on top of the assassin stuff is awesome and could have been it's own game. The story is still convoluted and kind of confusing but unlike where 1, 2, Bloodlines, Revelations, and 3 were all really part of the same story 4 is much more self contained. It still connects to the larger story and world of AC but it's much more it's own thing. While 2 is probably still the high point in the series in how it shaped the series and the jump it made from the first game but 4 is probably my favorite because the pirate stuff adds so much more onto the assassin stuff.

Yeah I can confirm Jax and Daxter collection and God of War origins collection (both PS3) are now regular price.

 
Strange enough my store removed at least 75% of their tags and the crapload of lumines disappeared which sucked because I wanted my friends to play some versus with me. Managed to snag 3 W101 from Hawaii the manager cut me a deal (7.89 ea) and is shipping to my house free of charge....though I have no idea how long it will take.

 
I think new month new clearance items games or they removed all the popular ones so if anyone has time can you please ring up the some games from xbox360,ps3,wii u,3ds to vita thankyou very much lol. 

 
I hit up 2 stores today and both removed all the clearance tags from the shelves for games.  One had a dump bin, but it looked like a lot of the old stuff is mysteriously gone.  Even tried to ring up little big planet karting and it was regular price, so I think a lot of prices have been reset and games sent out somewhere.

Funny enough i saw him at both locations with a tablet. Guy had like 3 Rockstar game Collections and was giving me the evil eye if i came even near the cart. Probably where all those Kid Icarus went off too. Glad to see other CAGS in INDY especially near Beech Grove!

3 was dull, but had potential and the naval stuff was good. 4 is fun to play, but the story went completely to shit. I love the series, but they deviated too much from what they promised. Unity for me looks like what it should have been from AC1 onwards. Let me put this in bold letters; for the first time in the series, AC Unity has a dedicated crouch button. Repeat after me, Dedicated. Crouch. Button.

 
It's disappointing to hear that games are being removed from the clearance. Some of the games I was waiting on were never tagged right at my local TRU and I was hoping they would last until 90% off, it looks like that won't happen since they will still be there but full price.

 
I visited the Burbank TRU today, pretty much picked clean but I managed to find :360: X-Men Destiny for $7.50 and :ps3: inFAMOUS for $5.00.
For some weird reason inFAMOUS didn't have the 75% off markdown and came up full price, so the cashier had to get help from the store security guy to give me the markdown. He went over to his office and pulled a couple of clearance PS3 games to price match..... ehh he's a swell guy, but that explains why all the clearance games got gobbled up so fast, they are reserved at the office, probably held for the next markdown for them to buy, oh well.

They didn't remove them all, over here in SoCal in the last few days at all the TRU I have been too have moved all the clearance game out of the display cases to the four-sided Super R Buy display stand, which is located in-between aisle. That stand that basically carries all the Value/Platinum Hits/Greatest Hits games. So look for the Super R Buy display stand for the clearance games, which is where they most likely ended up at, its easy to miss as nobody checks the value games.

anyone order the 200 refurb  Wii U deluxe from NIntendo, get the Clearance stand/cradle for 60 cents. Mine was the spanish version that did not come with it.

the Screen protector for this package does not work on my screen. I can't use the style or even my hand on it after I apply the protector. I got the pink ones though because they were the only ones they had. Anyone actually use the screen protector in the 7 in 1 kit and tell me if it actually works?

 
I'm also curious about the dream gear screen protector. I got the kit solely for the HD extender, which I desperately needed, & the bigger stylus. I'd really like to be able to protect my screen from my clumsy family, but I've had nothing but bad experiences with screen protectors..

TRU in Murrietta, CA has a shit-ton of Wii U AC4 and COD: Ghosts 2 for 15.00 each.

I nabbed the last copy of Mass Effect 3 for Wii U for 5.00 and a 7.50 copy of Ace Combat Assault on the PS3.

I'm pretty sure there was still 3 copies of Lumines yesterday afternoon, they were on the bottom rack of the value game stand next to the electronics checkout. If there's none and if you are willing to drive a bit, Bell Gardens still has four when I checked on Monday, also on the bottom of the value games stand.
 
Found a 360 AC: Revolution Collectors Wdition today for 12.49. 3 PS3 Fusion controllers for &8 each and a Bioshock Infinite Boys of Silence figure for 1.99... Very happy with my ghetto TRU today.

If you don't mind, I was wondering if you (or anyone else in the thread) are able to give some insight into the normal TRU clearance process. Specifically, I'm wondering about one of the big Lego LOTR kits (I think Battle for Helms Deep) that was about $150 and is now around $75.

I assume it's YMMV by store, but is there a chance that the price will decrease again in the next couple of months? It's been sitting there for a few weeks and my wife be pissed if I bring home another big set for the kids, but if it gets cheaper I can probably justify it to myself.

Normal TRU clearance is random and follows no type of schedule. Drops just happend out of the blue most times. They are trying to push out older stock to bring more newer stuff in so it may happen.

You could buy it and do a return/rebuy later if the price drops. Depending on the store, you could have up to 90 days to do so. If you do this, you will most likely need to do the due dilligence on the price drop yourself. Save the bar code and scan it at the price checker in store or calling with the item # to check the price.

A couple weeks ago the TRU in Toms River, NJ had about 4 W101s left.

Also, was in Ohio this past week and stopped at the TRU in Heath. They had 2 W101s left (wasn't marked clearance but rang up fine), Ninja Gaiden, RE: Revelations (Wii U), and a few others.

 
I bought these 360 games that had TRU used stickers on them. $2.50 each after discount.



Even thought they were marked used, they all had their security seal intact.

WOW!  If there's any copies of Pikmin 2 left at your local Toys R Us, if for some reason you don't want it, it has massive flipping potential.  8 dollar copies flipped into 30 real quick....

 
Toys r us in NH that had an old box pink 3ds, are the old box 3ds' supposed to have yellow stickers? Also, one copy of game and wario no sticker, was that ever part of the clearance?
 
It looks like at some point everything is going to be 90% off. Just saw the signage that says all clearance will be 90%. Not sure when it's going to take effect.

 
that's epic if true.....gotta get there day 1 to get anything decent. Anyone with an exact date please share....could this be tomorrow?

No, not tomorrow. It isn't even up in our scheduled projects yet. Probably a Thursday because that's been the usual day.
