YMMV ToysRUS "Green" Clearance is up to 70% off!

I picked up Sin and Punishment for the Wii ($5) and Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition ($12).
The had a variety of other games, I picked these up in Leominster MA.

The worker said the prices will steadily decrease, but he is not sure when the next drop will be.

They had an assortment of other games on ALL consoles.
Some hidden gems.

Just look for the games with a Lime Green tag on them. They all say "Was $##.##" but don't give the real price until you check them either at a register or kiosk.

Went to Brooklyn toys r us last week and there were stacks of call of duty for wii u and this week pretty much nothing left. Oh well I guess this is it for me though I still manage to nab Zone of Enders for ps3 for $4.9.

Van Nuys TRU:
Pretty much cleaned out. They still have a lot of :wiiu: 007 Legends and :wiiu: Call of Duty Ghosts. I also saw a green tag for :ds: Aliens Infestation, but their all gone...

Woodlands Hills TRU:
They still had a pretty good selection left. They had :3ds: Ace Combat Assault Horizon Legacy, :360: Ace Combat Assault Horizon, :360: Castlevania Lords of Shadows, :360: The Darkness II, :360: Singularity, :360: + :ps3: Medal of Honor Warfighter, :360: Zone of the Enders HD Collection, :wiiu: Call of Duty Black Ops II and :wiiu: 007 Legends, :wii: Epic Mickey 2, and :wii: Sin & Punishment Star Successor.

BTW none of the games are green tagged, but they do ring up as clearance price.

Have you checked the Hawthorne store down below LAX? I haven't got the time to check it yet.
I haven't been to a Express TRU in a while, do they carry games now? Last time I checked one it was the Commerce Citadel Outlets and it was only toys.

How does the price adjustment work?  What the time limit on how old the purchase can be to price adjust it.  Also is there anyway to price adjust toy purchases if I threw away the packaging?  Thank for your help guys throughout the whole sale.

They usually have a "clearance blast" section in the games. Chances are it's picked clean by now but good luck!

I want to check mine out today but won't get to till 530 or 6:00 :/ it'll be gone by then I'm sure ha
 
Not shit left in mine. I'm not going the extra 25 miles to the next one.

I'm pretty flush with my XB1 deal this weekend at BB. I won't buy any more 360 games.

Wish I had found more Bioshock and Claptrap figures, but oh well...

Thanks I checked mine out and there were like 20 copies of zombiiu and ten copies of that Michael phelps kinect game. So ya know, thanks, no thanks.

Just bring in your receipts and request for a price adjustment, i.e. "I bought these video games last week and now they are 85% off now, can I get a price adjustment?". You don't need to bring the games along, just the receipt. So far I think the time limit is 14 days, I brought in a receipt from 14 days ago and got it price adjusted with no problems.
Same goes for toys, you don't need to bring the toy in, just the receipt. I have been doing this with Marvel, G.I. Joes, and Transformers toys for a long time now so I have experience with this.
 
So I've found 3 of the Skylanders styluses (styli?) - Spyro, Gill Grunt & Chop Chop - that are $0.75/each.  If anyone has any of the others nearby & wants to work out a trade or cost + shipping deal, let me know.  From my limited research I know there are at least an Eruptor, Cynder & Terrafin.  

And don't ask me why - it's just something about having a partial set of something, my OCD kicking in I guess.  :p

Sorry, that was the last copy of Sin & Punishment at that store. I'll stay on the lookout for you if I run into it again.
 
I've checked the TRUs here in Phoenix, and a lot of the games mentioned were not on clearance...and a few even had purple 3DS systems for the full price. That said that was a week and a half ago. I managed to get Ace Combat Assault Horizon for 360 and 3DS for $6 each...I wonder if I can do something about that? No biggie if not.

 
Decent haul today; bought ZombiU, CoD Ghosts, Art Academy and Ace Combat Assault Horizon Legacy. There is one more copy of ZombiU at the Redwood City ToysRUs, about eight copies of Art Academy and two copies of Ace Combat at the Foster City ToysRUs. Thank you for the reseller who left the last copy of COD because it was ripped :)
 
do i need my receipt to do a return rebuy if i print off my TRU rewards info? i have 4 pairs of the Sony 3D glasses i got at 75% off that i'd like to get some money back on but cant find my damn receipt

 
So I just had a blast at my toys r us. I had been checking every other week for stuff. Suddenly the aisles were full of clearance items. Here's a tease. I'll post more when I get home
 
Here it is. Yes those just dances came with wiimotes and were $7 each. I don't know where my store suddenly got all this inventory from. They didn't even know the ac4 and ghosts were on clearance until I asked them to scan it. Same with the portable DVD players. Those were only $12. Pretty good day. Birthdays and Christmas is now done. Best part is they had at least 6 more of everything I bought. (Excluding the just dances and DVD players) so I was far from cleaning them out

Columbia mo. Get it while it's hot. The employee who scanned the games to check prices got on the radio and told all the employees about the "new" wiiu games on clearance. He set a couple on the clearance table and the rest he put behind the desk. There was a small gathering of employees in electronics when I was walking out.

That is awesome you got all that! Well I'm no where close to there. I'll have to check out my local toys r us. A wii mote with just dance for $7 might be worth it.

I always do at the very minimum. Paying for time and energy comes into the equation as well. Regardless, I always make sure the people I do business with are fairly and justly reimbursed in a mutual agreement that makes both parties happy.

 
Mine had a ton of wii u games left. I bought 3 ghosts to go trade to BBY and pick up TLoU. If it does go 95% tomorrow I'll go back and get zombi u to keep
