Your Favorite Covers of Popular Songs?

Andrew W.K.- Thrill (originally by Hey! Say!) - As it's done by him, the song is exciting and heartpumping as it should be.

The Beatles' covers of "Mr. Postman" and "Money (That's What I Want)

So what? I can barely name a few covers.

Within Temptation - running up that hill
Futureheads - hounds of love

Wow that Coma White by Apoptygma Berserk was a crazy cover... Oh, and speaking of Dope, don't forget their great cover of NWA's fuck tha Police!

Motley Crue - Teaser (Tommy Bolin Band)

I had no idea this was a cover until just 5 seconds ago. Good ol' Eddie Trunk.

Whatever you do, avoid the Prodigy Tribute album. It's almost all Fat of the Land and most of the covers are terrible. It does have 2-3 really good songs though.

Decided to post an oldie but goodie!

Awesome underrated late 60's early 70's blues rock that at the time they were known as the heaviest band on the planet. Credited with being the first heavy metal band. It's HEAVY in a psych/blues sense, just fuckin' walls of fuzz and poundin riffs.
