I sold a console back when xbox white pre-hdmi days and all they did was turn it on put in a game to see if worked and then that was it.
Nah its all good enough fans came out to push this game onto xbox 360 thats all that matters

gs employee are "suppose" to check for it, but it ymmv depending which employee you get.
 
sell you gears of war controller separately , you get more money for it. or keep it, do not trade it in with your console. them gears of war fanboys go gaga over everything that has the words gears of war on it.
