Q1.) Are these games games bought illegally through a VPN or a stolen credit card?
A1.) No. All steam gifts are supplied to me from an actual person living in Ukraine.
 
Q2.) Can I have X game for X price?
A2.) To know what my prices are, I will either explicitly post prices for games in my posts, or I will expect you to use the guide above to calculate it yourself. If you offer me a different price, I will not haggle with you. I will probably not respond. If my price is too high, get it from someone else.
 
Q3.) Is X game region-locked?
A3.) There are many games that are region-locked. I will not sell those to you. I will try to keep an updated list of region-locked games in my thread so that you know what they are. If there is a region-locked game that I have not listed in my thread, and you decide to buy it from me, I will check before obtaining it. I will then let you know that it is region-locked and will not sell it to you. 
 
Q4.) When will I get my game? Why can't I have it right now?
A4.) After you pay for your order, I will send you your games by noon the next day. It is possible for me to get it to you earlier than that. I will gift the game to your steam email, or directly to you on steam. This wait time is necessary because I need to put in the order with my buddy in Ukraine, and need to wait for him to send it to me. If for some reason I take longer than expected, don't panic. I will get you your game. 
 
Q5.) How come you are selling Steam keys that are in the region-locked list?
A5.) It is possible for a game to be region locked as a steam gift, but region free in key form. I occasionally sell keys for particular games. Anything i sell you will always be region-free.

Has anyone else had a duplicate card dropped while working on your Steam Summer Getaway badge? I've earned 6 cards so far from voting, but one of them got duped.

Have a spare card #1 (Bioshock). Still needing cards 2, 6-9. Happy to trade for one I'm missing if you're needing my dupe.

Edit: Just had another dupe dropped on me. Now have a spare #10 (Torchlight II).

Lots of duplicates. Check out forum on the Steam trading cards group. There is a post with lots of people doing 1:1 trades for summer cards and you should find a trading partner within minutes.
