What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Like new should be close to brand new, very good should be in excellent condition minus few blemishes on the packaging and good should be in great condition minus dinger / packaging imperfections.

Picked up that Max Payne 3, will continue to sell and swap the 360 versions I have for the PS3 versions.

I'm still bitter with Microsoft. No clue why. I'm one of the most un-brand loyal people too, but they lost my trust with Xbox ones initial fiasco.

Sorry for the late response but I bought one in good condition last week and it came brand new and sealed. The only flaw was that the box was beat up a bit but the contents were still brand spanking new.

Thanks for even taking time to respond at all. Missed the (G) and (VG) on my own fault. $44 for LN too steep for me, I'll be watching for it to reappear.

This late in the game from release date that is a definite gamble but gamble never the less. The like new part is referring the overall game and package condition but not the codes and if they are used or unused. Same reason people here don't gamble on Battlefield 3 Premium Edition because most of the premium content is on the voucher.

I made a horrible... horrible mistake... introduced my wife to Animal Crossing: New Leaf... now I have no 3ds...

Got a second copy of New Leaf (thanks for posting) just in case she wants to move to another town and be the mayor... she even wants to buy a copy of the game and a 3ds as a gift for her sister so they can play together  :p 

Oh well, I guess it's just the excuse I needed to give her the red/black XL and buy one of the new limited pokemon ones as soon as they come out.

Only problem is that I want to play SMT IV NOW!!!!

A bit off topic: I've seen a regular 3ds+7 games (5 3ds, 2 ds), claimed to be in great condition on my local craigslist for $110... games are super Mario 3D land, Mario cart 7, Paper Mario Sticker Star, Super Mario Bros 2, Bat Man 2, DC Superheroes, Spongebob Truth or Square and My Sims Racing...

Is it as good as a deal as it sounds? should I bite?

I got my 3DS for about $100, and the first four games you listed are supposed to be very good, so it sounds pretty good to me.

I know the Vita version has been 19.99 or less before but I have never seen the PS3 version for 19.99. According to camelcamelcamel the lowest price it has been on Amazon for the PS3 version is $28.15 and the lowest price it has been on Best Buy is 39.99 according to camelcamelcamel. Are you thinking of the Sly Collection?

My mistake, think final price was 29.99 sale or 29.99 w/ 10 credit promo or something like that. Either way there was a 10 credit that brought the price down.

I personally enjoy the multiplayer. I find it really fun and enjoyable to play around on with some friends. But the multiplayer for the Last of Us is a either you love or you hate it type of multiplayer. It's obviously tacked onto the game, but I still have a fun time playing it and play it all the time with friends.

 
Unless your heart is set on it, the multiplayer isn't that compelling. The single player and second playthrough are the worth there.



I gotta say I really enjoy the multiplayer. Definitely play with friends to talk and strategize.

Well, I missed the restock but my copies of the Ezio Trilogy and AC3 came and both were in good condition and AC3 even has a working online pass. Interestingly AC3 probably came out of a CE since it's labeled not for resale with an all zero barcode which I was under the impression that Amazon didn't take in trade.

Not at all, the MP is outstanding and after playing the whole thing I understand why almost all their DLC plans are focused on it. The gameplay itself plays every bit as good and actually manages to balance the SP into a competitive experience. It also then adds this sort of meta narrative on top of the actual matches as well as the standard leveling system. It's kind of like the combat of the SP game meets Counter-Strike and if I hadn't needed to send back my damaged copy for the return deadline it would probably be my go to MP game.

XD Rawr, varying opinions. Is there, like, a trial period where you can play it for a few days before buying an online pass? If not, I'll probably just look at videos of the online on youtube and see how it is. I'm just wary of getting spoilers in video titles while searching.
