Great site for walkthroughs of all zelda games if you're one that doesn't mind looking stuff up. I've looked up a couple things in Oracle of Seasons as sometimes it's not readily apparent where to go next between dungeons.

I like figuring out dungeons myself, but never cared much for the in between dungeons stuff in most Zeldas, especially the top down ones with a lot of fetch quest crap.
Its 2013 dawg youtube walkthroughs

RE 6 was awesome glad you approve whoknows. Its too bad joel didn't know the answer to who wesker's son is he missed it like a casual this game totally goes into wesker's son storyline

Meh. Takes longer to find the section I need in a video than to look up something in a walkthrough. Videos are great for boss fights, puzzles etc. Not so much for figuring out something broader like how to get to the next dungeon in a Zelda game. And who knows how many videos are out there for stuff like that for old games on VC anyway. :D

I'm with dmaul on this one. Zelda Dungeon FTW. Well, just for Zelda games, of course...

Maybe I'm old, or maybe it's just that I like to experience things myself as much as possible, but I avoid video walkthroughs like the plague.

Yeah, there's that too.  With videos you end up jumping around to find what you need and spoiling things past where you are.

Much less risk of that in skimming through a walk through to find the one piece of info you need to progress.

I forgot that Dexter was still on.
So do I. They're just piling up on my DVR.

I'd hit it.

Yvonne Strahowski <3
Oh yeah. Make her dress up as Miranda.

I figured as much.

I feel like there's been a lack of good shows lately. The GGT should make one.
While I am totally for making shows, you should try watching Venture Bros. I think you'd like it. Also, Mad Men and 30 Rock is totally in line with your kind of humor.

Yeah, I'll give Venture Bros. a shot. I used to watch 30 Rock for about the first 4 seasons. I liked it, but I didn't love it, so I eventually stopped watching. I've watched a bit of Mad Men and couldn't quite get into it. With that said though, all of those shows have been around for quite a while now. I feel like it's been at least a few years since something new and compelling came on.

Continuum is pretty good, if you're looking for some decent. Or Alphas. Or Defiance. If you're into Science Fiction. Hatfields and McCoys is very good, as well. Though that's more of a mini-series. Also, everyone should watch Mad Men. Hands down the best written and acted show on TV since The Wire.

If you all enjoy 30 Rock, then you should watch Better off Ted.

Fun comedy that only had two season.

It is super well-written and acted, but I'm struggling to keep with it anymore. I've got like the last 6 episodes of this season on the DVR to get through. Just feels like every season is the same any more. Don's affair drama. Drama with some major client. Work in reaction to major even like JFK or MLK Jr. assassinations etc.

Unless the last half of this last season really gets me sucked in again when I get through them, I'll probably delete the season pass and not bother anymore.

In terms of shows, the only things I'm still making much effort to watch are Walking Dead, Dexter (still need to watch last season), Weeds (still need to watch final season), Archer and Arrested Development. Most of my TV watching is sports--especially college football and basketball in fall/winter.

RE5 is $5 right now on steam, lol.

I don't think it's gonna get cheaper in the holiday sale.

I bet you'd like the last three seasons of 30 Rock more. And I definitely agree with you. Funny stuff isn't as common these days. Have you watched American Horror Story? If not, you should look into it. I think it also fits your dark humor.

Seriously! I watched Better off Ted a while back and I fucking loved it. So disappointed it only had two seasons. I wish that Netflix would bring it back.

I enjoyed what I watched of 30 Rock, but there's just something about all the NBC comedies that keeps them from ranking near the top of my favorites. Just for reference, my favorite comedy shows off the top of my head are things like Spaced, Dead Like Me, The Mighty Boosh, Arrested Development, Archer, Futurama, Always Sunny, and FotC.

As for American Horror Story, I watched most of the first season and I didn't like it. The 3 main characters just annoyed me, but I did like some of the side characters.

Ah, I gotcha. Maybe try Portlandia? I hear that's good. I just finished Always Sunny and am starting Archer. Other than that, our lists are completely the same. What'd you think of the new season of Arrested Development?

That is one of the funniest things ever. He's even funnier in season 2. Can't wait for season 3!

I haven't watched it yet. I wanted to rewatch the first 3 seasons first, but I can't seem to find the time, so maybe I'll just watch season 4 when I get the chance.

I thought season 4 of AD was pretty good, but not up the the standards of the first 3.  But to be expected after such a long lay off I guess as expectations where high.  And it wasn't bad by any means, and I'm looking forward to season 5.

Not just intent on ruining the childhood memories of Killer Instinct, Double Helix is making a new Strider game.
Well that's a fine bag of shit.

A real how-do-you-do-and-fuck-you-too...

Let's hope against hope that it's serviceable.

Also, why isn't Strider 2 on PSN -- I'd buy it, I think people mostly liked it.

DH is doing the grunt work, it's a joint venture with Capcom Japan.  The original designers for Strider and Strider 2 are working on it.  Ya'll need to chill and check out the gameplay trailer.
